Came for an early reassurance scan, the lady was lovely and also very interactive with my daughter who’s a first time big sister so is really excited. Got some lovely pics and even let my partner record me and my daughter a lovely moment. Highly recommend❤️

This is my 4th pregnancy I’ve been to hello baby and every single pregnancy and scan they have gone above and beyond. They helped settle my nerves especially this time round with my anxiety explained everything and was so loving and welcoming. 1000% recommend using them. The shop is beautifully decorated and clean.

I’ve been used hello baby with all my baby’s. I’m a high risk pregnancy and the amazing Katie put my mind at ease after a scare. I would definitely recommend hello baby and I tell everyone Ino pregnant to go, I travel from north wales, the staff are friendly welcoming and smiley faces so important.

Even one star is a lot for this place been told wrong gender in rush not best place to go not recommend, I went for another scan at different center then found out they were only guessing for my baby gender and they got wrong one

Wrong gender, Save your money and don’t go to this place, we went to there for a gender scan told us baby gir and we didn’t want to know the gender at the room and then the The sonograph very proud and said the baby is girl while we wanted to keep the gender as a secret, then print out unclear pictures without asking us that we want pic or not then extra charge for the pics, and then posted the video that we have recorded on facebook group nub theory groups everyone said the baby boy we got really disappointed they made us go to a different place to do another gender scan at 16 weeks and they confirmed the baby boy and all showed boy, then contacted the hello baby and described everything they said they will respond me but they never responded, sadly we wasted our money for nothing and absolutely rubbish service.

Honestly such a lovely place to have your scans the staff are so lovely and reassuring, they make the experience so magical every time! We’ve been here for loads of scans during 3 of our pregnancy’s and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Couldn’t recommend enough!

One of the best private scan places I’ve been, competitive prices, the girls are all lovely and make you feel welcome and at ease. Will definitely be going back!

have just had my 4d scan done tonight at Hello Baby Pregnancy Scanning Clinic what a lovely place this really is! The staff are amazing and so welcoming 🙏. They were very patient eith bubba and we got some amazing shots in the end. I'm over the moon with my scan and overall snaps. I can not recommend this place enough. It's worth the travel from preston to St helens most definitely for the lovely, caring, compassionate service you receive! Staff are phenomenal and they go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy the service. They was lovely with my autistic 6 year old little boy. They made him feel included and so welcomed. I'm glad I found hello baby. I'm over the moon 🌙 🥰🤩💝

Honestly the guy was so BRIGHT AND SO KIND and i felt very comfortable and welcomed i couldn't ask for a better staff member ! I had to book again there to good 🫶🏾 I THANK THEM FOR MY CANNON and POPPERS IT WAS BEAUTIFUL 💌♀️ he was 200% certain about the gender 😭 very trust worthy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUMMIES AND DADDIES !!!

Had my first scan with you over 11 years ago found out at 16 weeks that I was having my son. Now I'm doing it all over again. Me & my husband came in for an early reassurance scan at 6 weeks, we seen the little heartbeat flicker & it was such a relief. We came again at 9 weeks and the baby had grown so much and even gave us a wave. We have been put at ease every time and we are so excited to have an early gender scan in a few weeks 🥰 and be able to tell our boys whether they are getting a baby sister or brother 💙💗

I felt so comftable when visiting hello baby for my gender scan. The picture was so clear and could see her moving about in there and in 4D. The ladies on reception was really lovely and so was Katie. We purchased the confetti cannon for our gender reveal and had the best day ever due to hello baby. Thankyou so much xxx

The ladies here are just fantastic and the service is always such a magical experience. I travel from Warrington and have been with Surrogate pregnancies and my own now and I cant fault them or their prices I highly recommend this place for your scanning experiences.

I came to hello baby wen I found out I was pregnant very nervous as I had a loss and from reception staff to being scanned was so lovely at put me at ease I was much less than what I thought wen I was scanned so Katie offered me a re scan for free and wen I came back she shown me everything and treated me so amazing and my little baby since I have been back twice for more scans because it’s a wonderful place to attend and trust with your pregnancy their is always offers on as well I won’t go anywhere else now even though I have to travel to hello baby worth all the experience and I’m glad I have started my pregnancy journey with yourself can’t wait to see you again in couple of weeks for another scan ❤️

This is our first pregnancy and we have visited hello baby a few times now for reassurance scans, gender scan and 4d scans.

Katie and all the staff at hello baby are so welcoming, they take the time to get you the best images of your baby they made us feel as easy and comfortable every time we’ve had a scan there. Katie is such a lovely person and always takes the time so we can see our baby for longer when we visit.

Would we highly recommend for early private baby scans. Very satisfied 🥰

I visited" Hello baby" for a reassurance scan on 27th july. I was very nervous waiting to see if everything was ok. from the moment I rang them up to book the appointment I couldn't of felt more at ease ( the lady on reception was so bubbly,friendly & helpful while answering all my questions I had. The day of my scan when I arrived I was the first one there before they opened up, the lady who I had spoken to on the phone let us in & greeted us with a great big smile & asked us to take a seat & fill out a form.( I remember shaking the whole time while I was writing as I just wanted to get into that room haha 😊 ) I remember thinking WOW how it was so nicely decorated & made you feel even more super excited with all the pink & blue colours & the adorable baby clothes hanging up. once in the room the lovely lady sonographer came in & again was lovely & smiley & asked me to lay on the bed ,the lady explained what she was checking for etc & that it may be a little hard to see much being so early on in my pregnancy but to all are surprise as she put the jelly on my belly there was this tiny little jellytot looking so snug on the big screen which my face just beamed with delight and then as she zoomed in there it was this little flicker which she had found the heartbeat😍 I was so overwhelmed & so happy & relieved to have seen all this. Throughout the whole experience I felt very comfortable & was told everything in detail & that everything was how it should be. I asked if I could buy a photograph which even tho not much to see it's been lovely to look back on until I get to see my jellytot again. They so friendly and welcoming I’ve had the best experience everytime I’ve been!!
