We had our part time cleaner from Helpling come yesterday. We like that she is independent and trustworthy

Helper understood tasks well and completed them on time.

I have scheduled a prestige weekly cleaning with Helpling and is very satisfied with the professional and friendly service provided. She is punctual, accommodating and friendly. She provided efficient and effective cleaning in the short 2.5hrs time.

App is easy to use and unlike its competitors, the customer support is impeccable. The helpling staff were skilled and capable too. Highly recommended.

It was so convenient to schedule Helpling services for home cleaning and the customer service is very quick to respond. I have used Helpling general cleaning service twice during my before and after move in miscellaneous leaning and tidying this up. Both times the service providers were able to work independently but at the same time communicate appropriately when there were uncertainties. I am currently on fortnight schedule with them and would be happy to recommend the service to my friends as well.

We have been engaging Helping Singapore for few months on weekly cleaning service after times and times of disappointing experience with other companies.

Everything from the start was made easy. The app listed all you need to know and access, from appointments to rescheduling, to even chatting with your appointed helper.

My helper for the day was really great. She was punctual, and got straight away to her work. She started with the areas that I wanted her to clean and by the time she was done, everything was looking clean and new.

She organised the items after she has cleaned the area and I was overall really happy with the cleaning. Good job!

Great helper and services provided by Helpling Singapore

Overall I am satisfied with the services provided by your agency. As they have been responsible and highly responsive so far. However, the only drawback is that the vouchers provided generally cannot utilized for the regular services that I use. As a result, they are not useful to me. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.

My assigned helper Su Su is always punctual and trustworthy. I had an emergency and had to leave home before she came and she came and did the chores well and even follow-up with a call to ask how everything is.

Helper is punctual and friendly. Customer service is very helpful and fast in replying too.

I’ve been using Helpling on and off for several years — coming back, pausing, and restarting depending on our needs. Over the years, I’ve tried quite a number of different cleaners through the platform. There are definitely some who are excellent, while others are more average and simply meet the basic expectations.

One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Helpling is the familiarity and convenience. And also their Aug's promotion that made us try again. Haha.

Also, platform is easy to use for booking and arranging cleaning sessions, and I particularly appreciate having WhatsApp communication in addition to the app. It makes coordinating arrangements much easier and more convenient.

In terms of pricing, Helpling isn’t necessarily the cheapest option out there, and there are certainly other cleaning companies offering lower rates. For me, the convenience and familiarity have always been part of the reason I’ve been willing to pay a little more.

However, after yesterday’s cleaning session, I’ve decided to continue with Helpling again on a biweekly basis. They matched us with an amazing cleaner who really impressed me with her professionalism, attention to detail and overall attitude.

At the end of the day, while cheaper alternatives are available, I believe professionalism and quality are worth paying a little extra for. Having a reliable and professional cleaner makes a big difference, and this particular experience reminded me why I’ve continued to return to Helpling over the years.
