Heritage / Bristan Bathroom not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.
We had our new Heritage Bathroom installed 2021 and since then it has been one thing after the other failing. This bathroom furniture is not fit for purpose. We have had ssues with toilet cistern, toilet seat (extremely poor quality) - replaced within 12 months. shower parts diverter and hot/cold failing and having to be replaced. (twice) plugs breaking (once). The quality of the bathroom is extremely poor considering what we paid for it. I have just been told by customer services that I should be doing regular maintenance every 6-12 months on my shower because of limescale?? This is not a simple task and requires getting a plumber in. Everytime they send out new replacement parts (very quickly) I have to pay for a plumber to come and fix which is added up to over a £750 just in plumber costs. If I had known the poor quality, consistantly failing, and the so called need for regular maintenance by a plumber I would NEVER have purchased this Heritage/Bristan bathroom. My bathroom furniture "Gracechurch" has been discontinued and no wonder. It is NOT fit for purpose. Here is one very disappointed and out of pocket customer.

Superb recovery from a product/service issue.
Have now lived with the Heritage Claverton since buying new in 2021 and am having to replace it as it is useless.
The water does not clean right around the bowl so a jug of water is needed.
The push buttons require a utensil to press them if you don't wish to damage your fingers or nails.
Multiple flushes are required to empty contents.
A very badly designed product with no interest from heritage bathrooms.
UPDATE - With any ceramic there can be inconsistancies, with any company there can be the occassional service fail. The proof of a quality, customer orientated company is how they respond to fails. In my case Heritage Bathrooms, specifically Andrea Rushton has been exemplary. An outstanding service recovery which exceeded my expectations. Many thanks Ms. Rushton.

Excellent Customer Service
My contact was with Heritage Customer Support re a broken tap. My tap from 2002 was no longer sold by Heritage. However, Customer Support searched the old files and specifications, to get me the part number for the faulty valves, which were no longer held by Heritage. Using the part number, I was able to source the items on Amazon and had them delivered next day.

My supplier ordered a Heritage bath which clearly had manufacturing faults on arrival, the only response from Customer Service was to order a second bath on their normal 48hr delivery. This was also faulty on arrival & again the only response was to order a third bath, no one seemed to care about Heritage's reputation & would not send a replacement on an overnight service at their expense. My supplier got someone to agree to collect the faulty baths the following day & try to send a third bath on the same vehicle. Now 1710 hrs nothing arrived. Would get better service from the DIY's. Order from Heritage's at your peril, for me never again they have completely lost the plot

Our bathroom suite is a Heritage Loxleigh which is no longer sold,it was bought in 2007 but you were able to provide spares.What a team.

So disappointed with the quality
We had all Heritage brass in our bathroom and it literally lasted a couple of weeks before all the brass started going green and tarnished. I went with Heritage for the quality but I couldn’t be anymore wrong! Everything looks awful already. The plug holes gone tarnished and look rusty. The toilet seat has bubbled and all the brass has gone green and tarnished. I could maybe understand if the bathroom was used all the time but literally it’s been used a handful of times! Wouldn’t recommend.
