We have purchased Heritage Bathroom products for many years, the quality has always been excellent and is by far better than most products that are currently on the market. The customer service is excellent and any query has always been dealt with promptly.

Shocking quality. I have 2 oak toilet seats and the chrome on both are rusted very badly. These were only bought 11 months ago and fitted 9 months ago. On one seat, the oak has split, making it completely unusable. Heritage implied that whatever cleaning agents I used were too harsh, suggested I use hot soapy water. Laughable response Heritage. Avoid this retailer.

Very helpful lady on the phone. I was wanting a replacement hinge set for my toilet and was hoping for stainless steel but she was able to inform me that the firm does not supply what I wanted unfortunately. I could have it in chrome or gold plated which seemed a bit extravagant but I guess some will appreciate this.

Had a problem with bathroom tap but the company dealt with it swiftly and efficiently, sending out replacement part and fitter under guarantee.

Very helpful staff but prices expensive and in some cases the bathroom accessories made of poor material such as toilet seat(screws not biting in inferior material).

Ordered a basin and cistern along with other products from Heritage through one of their suppliers. I checked measurement given on catalogue with the bathroom specialist at their supplier and he confirmed this would be complete measurement of a Dorchester basin and pedestal as shown. Products arrived and size not as stated in catalogue. Website showed two different measurements for basin and pedestal. Both the supplier and myself phoned customer services and were given two different replies regarding the height. Very polite member of staff but not helpful in sorting out my problem. Has cost me money in materials and tiler, carpenter and electrician’s time to make a solution to fit height of product as tradespeople on site can’t wait 48 hours for Heritage to get their act together.

My builder fitted a Heritage loo with a dark wood affect toilet seat, after about a month the chrome hinges started to corrode, after about 2 months the toilet seat started to come of the loo itself ( the rubber bits )
After 3 months the whole thing started to fall apart.
The screws wont hold on the cardboard/ MDF seat and it just fell apart !! shocking, I did phone the company and because I did not buy it ( no receipt ) they would not help me, told me I to buy a new one.£114.00. If I where you I would avoid like the plague, will now fit a £27.50 one from amazon, getting it tomorrow Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. Peter Quinn.

Once agreed replacement parts sent quickly. More challenging getting agreement to this and a shame parts failed so quickly

Update: Heritage agreed to honour our warranty and have now replaced under warranty.
We fitted out our renovation project totally with Heritage products, bathroom, showers and 3 toilets this was in 2020. All of the soft close toilet hinges (and Heritage labels) have seriously corroded (rusted) been told by Heritage that they are out of warranty and new ones are £24 each!! These are not quality product Chrome should last longer than just over two years, they haven’t even been used for that duration as Covid held the project up for a year

Heritage offers excellent customer service. Queries are efficiently dealt with and replacement parts sent are promptly delivered.

I did not buy from Heritage I did not realise I could but purchased from Nationwide Bathrooms the items I wanted had been discontinued and they will not give me my money back.Heritage have tried to raise the issue with them which was very kind but I think I have lost my money. I did buy Heritage from somewhere else and they are excellent quality.

Products are excellent, but customer service and stock held is poor.
