I recently used Hermest for my hair transplant. To be honest, I had never been a fan of hair transplants because I always preferred to stay natural. However, that changed about a year ago when I went for a haircut and my hairdresser suggested that a hair transplant would suit me well.
As usual, I started researching online and came across several providers. After carefully comparing my options, Hermest stood out. During the initial health assessments, they actually refused to proceed until I provided additional medical tests due to my high blood pressure and cholesterol medication. This increased my trust in Hermest because it showed they genuinely cared about patient safety rather than simply taking money.
After I submitted all the required test results, my transplant date was scheduled for 10/06/2026. All I had to do was pay the initial deposit and book my flight to Istanbul. Everything else was professionally arranged and managed by Hermest.
On the day of the operation, they carried out all the necessary health checks with great care. Dr. Ahmet Murat personally assessed me because my blood pressure was elevated that day. Every step of the procedure was carefully explained before it was performed, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thanks goes to my English interpreter, Elif, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. I would also like to thank all of the transplant technicians and the other doctors involved in my treatment for their professionalism and care.
The day after the operation, I returned to the clinic for a follow-up appointment. They removed my bandages, performed post-operative checks, and gave my hair its first wash. They also provided clear and detailed guidance on post-transplant care. Afterwards, they arranged my transfer to the airport for my return to the UK. All of these services were included in the package price, apart from the cost of my flights.
Even after I returned home, Hermest continued to provide excellent support. They followed up with me via WhatsApp for two more days, asking for photos and checking on my recovery progress.
Although it is still very early to comment on the final results, I am happy to give Hermest a 5-star rating for their exceptional standard of care, professionalism, and customer service. I am looking forward to seeing the full results over the coming months and would definitely consider returning for a second-stage transplant on my crown area in the future.

Very professional - amazing work
Very professionall company - complete staff is working on a very high level of knowledge.
They stayin in touch with the patient months before the op - taking enough time for briefing and debriefing.
I had an DHI procedure and it went absolutely amazing.
Afterwards they’re contacting me regulary to be updated regarding the healing process. My personal contact is always available for questions.

Hermest - can do it
My treatment was in December 25, front of head. Now, 6 month later, I would say Hermest isn't promissing to much - great, visible result and still growing. Professoinal treatment at the clinic, professional follow-up care. My next treatment for back of head with Hermest is already in planning. Don't expect miracles, but it will for sure bring you solid results.

My hair transplant journey
I had my hair transplant done at Hermest hair clinic. Overall my experience was really great. The staff was professional explained the procedure and after care clearly. During recovery I had some swelling and tightness but the team answered my questions and provided full support . Since hair transplant takes several months to fully develop. I m waiting to see the final outcome.

The clinic provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and for both my visits to the clinic which were very helpful. Everyone at Hermest was very friendly and walked me thru everything that was being done and answered any question I had. I recently underwent a hair transplant and have been very pleased with my experience so far. After speaking with several providers, I found Hermest’s pricing to be highly competitive while still offering a comprehensive package.
The consistency in the communication both pre and post op has been excellent. The team are always responsive to my questions and have provided clear information throughout the process.
I found the transfers and hotel accommodation to be of a good standard and everything was well organised from arrival to departure. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and professional, creating a comfortable environment for the procedure.
All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, approachable, and happy to help, which made the overall experience much more positive.
