Disgusting not interesting and far from enjoyable advertisements. Tired of this spam.

This is a lie. This game is nothing like the advertisements. It's just another game of false advertisements to suck you in. Hey, it is what it is. I'm just getting sick and tired of the lies and b.s.

Items that are in inventory are not available to use when upgrading a character. im not talking about item fragments either. these are full items! just last night 7000 emeralds just disappeared from my account! the game is fun, but is fun, but misrepresented in their ads and sketchy and too expensive. i dont mind buying items in a free game. but their prices are not set, they scale based on some formula i dont know. basicaly the more you level up the more expensive the items get! its really too bad, its a fun game!

The reason why I've been irritated by these misleading advertising on YouTube (especially on any social media) is because of few things:
1. These ads are repetitive and very annoying.
2. The ads themselves did not replicated the actual gameplay (e.g. Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars, etc.)
3. They produces boring animations when the main protagonist (a small knight with a black hairdo) gets punished and loses all of his levels.

I highly don't recommend this game for the first time; these ads are the bane of my existance.

Whoever makes these cringy, misleading ads should never get a job in in this sector again.

Because youtube has been infested with this spammy & scammy trash for years now, time for ratings.

Hero Wars is noting like the ads...all they want you to do is spend money on upgrades and i have never gotten to play anything like the ads show..I think all the games are like this..if you have deep pockets have fun .

I have never hated an app just by adds alone. Your adds are just...disgusting. Filled with sexual undertone, brain rotting action and from what i hear, they dont reflect game play (im not even suprised)
I feel more comfortable watching literal 18+ than seeing these ads. The level of absulute disgust and worry that someone saw this add playing on my phone while im trying to listen to music on youtube is beyond words. And you mark your game as 12+. I bet you had it on 3+ back in the day

I've got into this game from several ads on Youtube. But the actual game is nothing like the ads. When you watch the youtube Advertisement you are like wow, this is cool. But when playing the game you cant even click to hit the enemies. Its all done for you and there is a bunch of offers to buy things I dont want. Too bad, I was actually liking the game from the ads perspective.

The Hero Wars: Alliance game lost my tristan skin+ but support refuse to check for it. And support continue closing my tickets without any answers. So I warn you if you play this game will get trouble that support will do what ever they want to ignore you! ticket №2621126

Scam fake reviews using pop up ads to trick ppl to down load true streaming sites bs

They double charge you and provide no support or effort. They don't value $$ spending customers. I have spent well over an amount I would not like to admit and ran into an issue with billing lately. I was charged at my bank for a purchase that received an error code. I did not want my money back, I wanted the in game rewards I paid for. Customer support gets ZERO stars. I constantly got disconnected while still active in the chat and no resolution other than to contact my bank. Even with proof of the payment posting, I was told I have to wait 10 days for the refund but the bank received no indication the amount was to be refunded. I had to file a claim.

Don't even start playing this game, it's easy at low levels but to get anywhere in the game, you have to spend and have lots of resources. It becomes less and less fun when you don't make purchases.

Constant bug, can't get free emeralds cuz it's never working, no support at all...

Hero wars is a GREAT game it can be annoying but I have been playing this game for 4 years straight and I've always loved it the updates and the redesigns of heroes are amazing looking. 5 stars

Watching terrible videos to play the game is annoying, especially when one doesn't get credit for it. It happened eight times this morning in a short period of time. Three in a row at times. I watch the bloody things all the way through, and then wait and wait before exiting the video. No credit for watching it. What a shock. If I didn't put some money into it, I would have deleted the game already. Three strikes and they're out. At this rate, the game will be deleted very soon.

I never din't play it, but just watching their advertising it seems me very diseducative and violent.
