Like another reviewer from a couple of days ago, however much I shake the can, and however hard I press the top, I get a thin spritz of foam that turns to liquid in seconds. Have we got a dodgy batch? I can still use it and it does (eventually, when it dries out) give my hair more volume. But it definitely isn’t working as it should. Like this it’s just a mess to use!

Zhoosh - no foam just liquid!
Purchased the zhoosh foam and it arrived without issue. I have tried shaking the can vigorously and can hear the ballbearing inside but it does not come out as foam - immediately once squirted fizzes down to a liquid which does not work. Waste of money. If this is just a faulty batch can I please be sent another to try as like the sound of the product. I purchased via PayPal on 17th December under name of Linda Johnstone

I have purposely held back in writing a…
I have purposely held back in writing a review because I wanted to keep trying with this product in case I wasn't using it properly. I have been on the Hershesons website and I have watched and read what is said but sadly this product is not for me.
My hair style is a longish straight bob and I find that the weight of my hair can leave the style flat. I bought this having seen it used on a TV programme and it was then used on fine curly hair so perhaps it is best used for that.

We're sorry to hear that Zhoosh isn't currently working out for you. Firstly it's important that the can is shaken vigorously before use, to achieve the dry foam texture which shouldn't weigh even fine hair down.
The foam is suited to all hair types and lengths, as shown in the videos. It can be a bit of a trial and error when figuring out the best way to use it for you, so we'd recommend trying it in different ways with varying amount of product.

I really like the products but having…
I really like the products but having to wait 3months for delivery with out any updates is abit unacceptable to me.
I chased twice in that time and only got response when i contacted via social media. I feel like my order was forgotten about

Product finally came and pleased with it
Product finally came. Initial reports that it is quite tricky to use, like most mousses, it dries so quickly you can barely style both sides of your hair. Forget blasting the roots for some lift, you will end up with lift and no style.
Next day I tried rewetting my hair with a water spray before adding the mousse and working quickly all over - much better. Definitely not sticky, it moves quite well on the brush and leaves a very natural finish and the hold lasts well, even without any hairspray. 2nd day hair is quite good, with a small amount added to lift crown.

Please note that the Zhoosh Foam isn’t strictly a styling mousse - rather, it is a dry foam for use at the roots to give lift. We’d recommend to rub a small amount into your roots to get the body, then go about styling your hair as usual.
We’re pleased you have found a way that works for you - everyone’s Zhoosh is different which is why we wanted to create a multi-use product as such!

I totally love this product
I am really suprised to read the last few reviews because I totally love Zhoosh foam. I am a mature woman with thinning hair and I cannot believe the difference it has made. I pre-ordered the zhoosh alongside another product and did wait a couple of weeks but as soon as I contacted them they sent the zhoosh foam immediately.

I knew there would be a long wait to…
I knew there would be a long wait to receive my order for Zhoosh,so I have no complaint about that.Sadly,the product itself is not worth the wait.I have short fine hair,have tried using it on wet and dry hair,to no effect.It does give a nice shine,but hair is left flat and without any body.Next day it is lank and needs a wash.

This certainly sounds like an unusual performance for Zhoosh Foam and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
I would recommend to make sure you shake the can very vigorously before use - because the ingredients need to be fully mixed together to create a light, dry foam. If the product is at all liquid-like when dispensed, it needs shaking more.

Don't bother trying to buy gift vouchers
Appalling service. Bought gift vouchers, supposed to arrive within 7 days as stated on their website - they didn't.
When contacting their online customer service they told me (changing what is clearly stated on their own website) it was after 7days for both card and E-vouchers (that makes no sense at all most E-vouchers you can buy immediately everywhere else)
Tracking the order online, it still has not even been processed let alone dispatched. It has now been after 12days, 8 working days.
Have missed the gift date now and had to buy something else.
Bought a number of gift vouchers from other companies on the same day all arrived within 3-5 days.
VERY DISAPPOINTING and a total waste of time. Doesn't even deserve one star.

E-vouchers from Hershesons are created manually because we give the option for personalisation - so we allow up to 5 working days for e-vouchers to be sent to the recipient, not 7.

I placed an order but the goods did not arrive. I emailed customer services and received the following meaningless response

Online order not delivered.
I ordered a product on 25/06 on the Hershesons website. Tracking it, I can see that it had been delivered but I have not received it. I wrote to the support email desk a week ago, no response. I called their phone number this morning, Louise advised that I should email the support desk and I explained that I had already done so. She said there's nothing she can do and said goodbye. Almost Everything Cream - Don't Waste Your Money…
I bought Almost Everything Cream thinking this was the answer to my hair problems! It didn't work so I wrote and asked for my money back. I was told that only unopened products could receive a refund and when i pointed out that it was difficult to know if a product would work without trying it i got to a brick wall. Since i bought two boxes i was "allowed" to return one for a refund and although they received it on 1st March I have not received any refund yet and am told: "Your return will be processed through our shipping department so this has been added to the returns queue once inspected this will then be automatically refunded".
Don't ever buy anything from this company since their work ethic is nil and they are hiding behind Covid as an excuse for appalling service. Customer Service it is not!
