The best people to book through …
My consultant Jack was wonderful ....he could not do enough for us . He was honest reliable and sincere. We had issues with our first hotel and Jack was there for us to help solve the issues so quickly .
I would recommend Hideaway Holidays to anyone and we will be booking through their consultant Jack again , 100%

Communication could be improved
It was easy to book once we chose the destination and resort we wanted (from looking at Hideaway Holidays website). Was disappointed that Hideaway Holidays lacked communication with our resort - or gave incorrect info to them. We had been told airport transfers were included in our booking but upon arrival in Samoa there was no one to pick us up and we had to catch a taxi. When we got to the resort we were told that they had been trying to contact us to find out what flight we were on - but we had no contact so they were obviously trying to contact Hideaway Holidays. It was a bit of an off putting start to our trip :/

Price is all important to us
Price is all important to us, Priya was very quick to communicate to get back to us with great price.
Got a little nervous when didn’t receive final vouchers sooner, had to ring for them to be emailed through. Overall loved our holiday and would book through Hideaway again.
