We sent our Ford Focus to Hills Ford Malvern on the 8th October last to rectify a fault in the Park Pilot system. Later that day they called to say they had been unable to rectify the fault as it was probably due to a broken wire somewhere in the vehicle and would require a "bottomless pit of money"to trace the fault and charged me £144 for this "service". Not happy with this opinion, and the rather brusque attitude of the receptionist I employed the services of an independent vehicle electrician who attended at our home address. Within 10 minutes, he diagnosed the fault lay with the ambient temperature sender located in the passenger door mirror. At this point I should mention that the mirror was recently replaced after the car had been struck by a passing van. It seems that the replacement mirror was lacking this sensor. After replacing the mirror all the systems worked perfectly and the whole operation did not cost a "bottomless pit of money" nor was there a broken wire somewhere as had been quoted. Surely, Hills Ford should have been able to diagnose this problem which a competent electrician sorted out in minutes.

My Wife Mother-in-law and I came to look for a new car we received amazing customer service. RICHARD was so helpful and his wife was absolutely brill8ant we were really made welcome to find the car sarah needed and we also got given coffee and cake. Thanks guts

Sorted out problem on car very quickly really good sevice.

Where do I start. Going around other showrooms looking for my perfect vehicle was exhausting. Then I went to Hillsford in Malvern where I was greeted and offered a cuppa straight away. The customer service and information provided to me was 110 percent. It was not about just selling a car they were asking questions of what i'm looking for, making sure I was comfortable in the vehicle and making sure I was happy.
So due to the customer service I received from the sales team, I purchased my dream vehicle.
Thank you so much. Especially Megane. I will be back, when I need a new one.

Micky at Hills Ford Malvern provided a first class courteous service throughout. Hills Ford had the specific model we were looking for and we traded our old vehicle in easily. Primarily the paperwork was sorted over the phone and Micky made sure the whole transaction was smooth and professional. Prior to the test drive he took care to point out the speeding restrictions through the village. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our new (used) car in no time at all. In fact everyone at Hills Ford Malvern was helpful and hospitable. We are exceedingly happy with our purchase and can highly recommend this dealership.

Hills had the car we wanted in stock (model, spec and added extras). Absolutely delighted we gave them a try rather than stick with our local dealers. We were able to trade our car in, get a great finance deal and complete all the paperwork from home. On top of that they arranged to deliver the new car and take away our old one. Will definitely be looking at what Hills can offer when our next car comes up for renewal, thanks Becky for making it so easy.

Disappointing phone conversation this morning with Hills Kidderminster Service. I called for advice and to book in regarding a fault code on my vehicle, I wasnt asked any details about the fault, just £150 to diagnose + then parts and labour to fix. I advised I already have the code read, made no difference. I bought the car from them 2 years ago last week, have a service plan with them, they MOT'd the car and completed checks 2 months ago and I was loyal to them but this morning they were totally not interested, its all about the money more than keeping a customer. VERY disappointed which until now I had thought was a customer driven company.

Becky has been absolutely lovely though the whole process. Attentive all the way from start to finish and even after doing her best to help. A great service would definitely recommend Hills Ford.

I've visited Hills Ford Kidderminster today and looked after by Kris Mooney who was excellent from start to finish. I was only going to get my car valued and didn't think I'd be walking away with an amazing car but not only was I given sound and trusted advice I also did not feel pressured. 2 years ago I went and did the same thing and the guy was super honest and advised I kept onto my car without selling me a new one so
hence the reason I have returned today. 2 test drives and I've come away super happy and cannot recommend Kris enough, Hill's Ford you are super lucky to have Kris on your sales team. 😊

I feel totally let down by the service ( and honesty) of this Company Hills Ford ( Malvern).My previous vehicle had broken down( only had the vehicle for 12 days) and as I was still within the 30 days return policy,I opted to change it for another vehicle.I chose another vehicle and a deposit towards this was agreed and the deal was put into motion.But ,on a day supposed to confirm everything of the vehicle,after a phone conversations with company sale dept,I found that £2000 had been taken off the agreed deposit, and despite calls with the Director to address this issue,nothing has been resolved.I feel deeply betrayed and let down and will never buy another vehicle from this company.Regards Dan

I ordered my Kuga with Kriss Mooney. He kept me informed all the way. Nothing was to much trouble. When the car was ready for collection he went through all the paperwork with me, and showed me all the features I needed to know about the car. Great service throughly recommend hills ford kidderminster and especially kriss Mooney.

Hills Ford have some amazing staff very helpful with every part of buying a car and more,Kris M was amazing and friendly, made us feel very welcome with lots of coffee, Chris in the finance department was very professional and helpful, an amazing team… customer server done perfectly x

My usual Ford garage did not have the master key to take off the locking wheel nuts on my Focus. I phoned HillsFord, which although 50 miles from where I live, is near my parent’s home. Katie Edwards in the service dept was fantastically helpful. I was taking my 88 year old mum to a hospital appt. Katie made sure we were sitting in the warm, while mechanics removed the locking nuts and replaced them with ordinary ones, as I had asked. I was very impressed by the attention we received and will use this branch again. It was a real ‘can do’ attitude, which I fully commend. Also, my local dealer in Leamington Spa uses a central call centre, so you never speak to the branch or the people working there. That’s very poor and alienating. I was able to ring through and speak directly to the people in Kidderminster. Bravo.

Always helpful, always good, always do their best to fix my car ASAP. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my new cars first service at Hills Ford,I found the whole experience brilliant,the staff on the service desk where very knowledgeable,polite and very helpful.when I collected my car it had been cleaned inside an outside it looked brand new again.I would deffo recommend.
