Dissatisfied with service I have received from service department in Kidderminster. Called to book in for annual service, advised lady on phone that apple car play no longer worked. Was told it was my phone . Tried phone in my mums car and it worked! Car is still under warranty. Paying monthly for service plan and I really no longer want to use them. Have taken car elsewhere for its first MOT. So disappointed

Dealt with William at the Malvern branch totally professional great trade in price and offered a good deal on my new car.
Would highly recommend this family run business.

We bought our daughter her first car from Hills Ford and we were very impressed with their help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble and they were not pushy in the slightest which was brilliant! We would recommend them and will definitely return in the future when we are due to buy another car!

Bought a used Kuga from Hills Ford of Kidderminster. They have gone above and beyond, fixing a couple of issues even after their warranty expired. Always responding to my questions and can't be more helpful. Andy and Ajit are stars.

I have just liaised with Simon - After Sales Manager at the Kidderminster branch. He was very efficient, helpful and helped me out regarding questions and pricing over my first car service. Lovely support to have received.

Poor customer service from hillsford Kidderminster, I’ve got a 6 month old van which has warranty and I was still charged for a diagnostic fee of £144, to carry out a master reset, which I can do myself. This didn’t even fix the problem. I took my van to another Ford dealership and they fixed the problem and all work carried out under warranty, as it should be. I will be speaking to Ford customer relations and I will be recovering my money. Do not use this dealership, the staff are rude and don’t understand what a warranty is

They don't even deserve one star. The customer service is appalling, they offer to call back but don't. They left me without a car for 4 weeks because of sheer incompetence.

It was my first experience of buying a new car virtually. From the start Becky Thomas was great, getting me a great price and keeping in touch until I collected my new Puma ST Vignale. I’d not had a Ford since 2002 and am really pleased with it so far. Great team @Hills would definitely recommend them for service, price and reliability. I love the Puma, I had my first in 2002 and now my 2nd, obviously different cars, but the new one is stunning.

I would just like to leave a review for hills for malvern, I purchased a used car in October/ November 2020. Had a few teething problems but nothing was to much trouble, collected the car fixed any problems I had and even sent it back with a full tank of fuel. Big thank you to Josh in sales and David in servicing. Highly recommended proper customer service. Thank you all. N. Hicks.

What a terrible company!
I bought a second hand car with a 3 month warranty and 2 months later it breaks down and you leave me stranded by the roadside as I'm told you have no breakdown service near me as you're too far away!
Cowardly sales Manager refused to come to the phone and left me to deal with a poor service technician
Don't buy a car from these people they are liars and will say anything to get you to buy a car then walk away from you when you have problem with it!

I have been remotely dealing with Josh initially and then Owen at Hills Ford Malvern and they have been professional and courteous and we agreed a good value deal on a new car. They have also been strait forward and principled to deal with which is refreshing. The car is now on order so let’s hope that everything all continues to flow as smoothly as it has done so far.

Great job chaps, keep up the good work, as people don’t mind spending money if they get a fair and principled service as you have provided.
