I will definitely be using HireStreet again! There was a problem with one of my selected hires and I was contacted immediately to select an alternative. The process was so slick and efficient. I couldn't recommend using this service more - I really appreciate how attentive the customer service was especially.

It would be a neat service if they did their deliveries better. They cost me a new dress because they couldn't deliver on time, even though I did warn them about the fact that I had a flight to catch.
Very disappointed with how they managed the situation. I ended up having to buy a dress at full price on the day before the wedding, before my flight. They offer credit for other dresses to compensate me, but that doesn't measure up to the money I had to pay for the emergency dress (which is the same model, brand and size as the one I rented).
I don't think I'll be using Hirestreet ever again, sorry.

I am happy to give a 5 star to this amazing company, I am delighted by their service and I will certainly continue using it. Customer service is amazing, very quick and kind responses and solutions. Outfits are so beautiful and the info provided in terms of size, fitting and pictures are so reliable.

I’ve used HireStreet a few times now and it’s a game changer! I love their range of choices (I find some rental services have limited options), reasonable prices and just how easy it is to return. I hired two dresses, they arrived in time and were as pictured.
The size reviews were helpful, as they told me to buy my actual size for one and to size down for the other, and they were absolutely right.

Outfits weren’t suitable or fitted correctly. Service however was great clothes arrived in good time and it’s easy to return.

I have used Hirestreet twice now, items have been lovely quality and the service has been great each time. The second time around I didn’t end up wearing the items due to sizing (I should have checked), but it wouldn’t put me off using again.

LOVED using this service! The dress actually arrived earlier than the planned date so I had plenty of time to get prepped for the day :) I felt so lovely in the dress and got lots of compliments. Would definitely recommend as this was a dress I loved but probably wouldn’t wear again so it was perfect!

Had to exchange a dress for a different size and support responded really quickly and gave me a rental credit so I was able to get the new dress in time for my event. I also love that their sizes/choice of dresses is always expanding.

I rented such a beautiful dress from Hirestreet to wear to a wedding. The process is really easy. It’s a much more sustainable way to shop ensuring we aren’t creating dresses to be worn once and then never again. Will definitely be using this again.

Amazing service and company. I use them for every single wedding, hen do, holiday and big event now - and I get to wear lovely clothes that I would never buy for myself. Outfits always arrive on time, and on the very few occasions there have been little issues the customer service has been fantastic. They get new stuff frequently too so I can try different dresses. Thank you!

The process was so simple and easy. All the communication was easy to follow and I received prompt replies to my queries. Will definitely be ordering again!!
