my account has been blocked by hitnspin due to vpn. I played on hitnspin on my computer, deposited 500 sek then I won 5500 sek on gates of olympus 1000, start a withdrawal from the computer to my bank account. Then later in the evening I lie down in my bed and watch a movie on the PHONE, with the VPN on to be able to see a different selection than what is available in Sweden. Then I completely forget that I have the VPN on and go to higtnspin to check how my withdrawal is going. The next day my account is blocked, for using VPN. But never played or won with the VPN turned on but only happened to have it on when I checked how my money was going.

Very scam site very easy to deposit but when you try to withdraw your earnings they try to make reasons up to not give your money back

I deposited about 500€ and won 25.000€! So far the best casino ever. Payout shouldn’t take more than 2-5 business days from what I’ve read. I didn’t use any bonus so there is no wager etc required. I submitted all my documents/proof and they’re working on it, so I expect the first payout in within a couple days. So far, everything is good! Finally a casino where you can actually win.

There are different answers in chat all the time. Suddenly you are told to submit even more documentation while you are in chat. I asked where did I get the information that I should submit even more? The management decided it while I was in chat was the answer. This casino really does not want to pay out. Selfie with ID card and an open website where the casino and user ID are in the picture? Remember, I have already submitted a selfie with ID card. What will they ask next? Refusing to pay my winnings – be careful!

I won 390 EUR and provided all required documents: my national ID, utility bill, and bank statement. All details match my account. I also explained that I work across Europe as a truck driver, and I'm currently in Italy – that’s why my IP is Italian. Still, they refuse to process my withdrawal without a clear reason.

This is highly unprofessional and feels like an excuse to avoid paying legitimate winnings. I will report this to consumer protection authorities and gambling complaint platforms. I do not recommend this casino to anyone.

They asked for hundreds of documents, the documents they asked for have nothing to do with account verification. We still sent all the documents. There is no company this despicable in the world.

Edit 11 - Mar - 2025:

I got email from Hitnspin, telling what I should do and then inform them via email. I did it, plus informed them also via the casino page. Nothing happened, except a message in profile, urging me to play some game I haven't tried.

I slept overnight, wrote new email and again, made request to finish verification via the page. Nothing has still happened. If this is not deliberate delaying, then what?

Try to understand, I am not going to beat all the winnings back and then start loosing because of adjusted algorithms!

Bad publicity seems to work somehow, as now my account is verified. But nothing happens to my withdrawals. They are still lying in my account and no sign of them getting paid.

So, totally immoral actions continue. First they divided my withdrawal to several parts and paid them out little by little, in anticipation me to keep on playing and loosing them. Then, when I really got upset and played, making more winnings, now they suddenly decided, my account verification is suddenly invalid and are demanding more and more documents.

They realized I have closed my account for two weeks, not to keep on playing and decided to make sure money goes nowhere while that. I asked before closing via online chat, does cooling off period effect in payouts and was told, it does not. So, one more lie again.

These actions may be legal, but there is no moral whatsoever. I have a feeling someone get bonuses by teasing winners and trying to make them loose money again. And, as my account is closed for two weeks, I cannot provide any documents Hitnspin demands.

I have now asked my account to be reopened, but not holding my breath while waiting. And something is telling me, there will always be a new reason to refuse to pay out my winnings. Been there before and seen it in couple of other casinos, which have been holding significant amounts of my winnings and will never pay them. Hitnspin seems to fall in the very same rogue category.

After nine (9) emails and two live chat contacts, finally got some reply and account opened. Also, small amount, less than 20%, of my winnings were paid. The rest are still in and got "surprisingly" no reply, when asked about them.

I deposited money on Hitnspin despite having self-excluded and blocked my cards from gambling transactions due to addiction. Instead of respecting responsible gaming policies and banking restrictions, Hitnspin manipulated MCC (Merchant Category Codes) to disguise transactions, allowing me to continue playing.

This is a violation of responsible gaming principles and financial transparency. Hitnspin is exploiting vulnerable players by misleading banks and payment processors to bypass restrictions that should protect customers.

To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer support by email to file a complaint, they told me that don´t refund my money. This shows a total lack of accountability and care for their players.
