I phoned the help desk and after the initial security questions the agent was extremely helpful in guiding me thru the money transfer process. My comment however is about their online site. Navigating it is extremely complicated. Not intuitive at all and I would suggest beyond most average computer literate people. It is just too complicated compared with other site and especially the new digital App sites.

This is an update to my previous review. With reference to your response:-
Paragraph one, you have still failed to do this and just sent the same transaction history with zero bances.
Paragraph two saying you are unable to give me statements of the two isa’s. This is in breach of FCA rule: COBS .4
The other things you did and rejected my complaint about breach FCA rules PRIN 2 and PRIN 2a.
So do you still think it is a good idea to not let me speak to a supervisor?

Secure messaged them twice over 5 days requesting details to transfer cash ISA to another provider but they are not responding. Why don't they show my account details for my ISA then I could just fill out the form myself

Im a novice and a pensioner so not good with internet.
Im so happy im with a highly reputable company. I have peace of mind.
The other day I phoned to get help to sell on if my stocks and add it to another. I was worried incase I did something wrong.
The gentleman was so polite, helpful and made me feel at ease.
I was under no pressure time was not important to him. And regardless of my small amount, I know everyone would get the same treatment!
I would highly recommend this company.
