Oh I Leave Quite A Review. Five Stars To Be Exact.
The experience involved Sabrina Carpenter, who is an artist of short stature, but powerful vocally, and so how could this experience not be one deserved of five of them there shining lights in the night sky? HMV did very little to aid this ranking. They just did their job. But given the involvement of Sabrina Carpenter, only vast issues on their part would lessen such reward.

Girl was very helpful
Girl was very helpful, when I saw size of box I wasn't sure if I was going to manage so she offered to open it so we could see if it was a smaller box inside, luckily it was.
Very happy at her work and pleasant which you don't always find with younger staff.
Was a present for my mum, a record player which she is delighted with

Waiting for item
Ordered the item in store I never received a confirmation to say it had arrived I went in store and they found it difficultly to locate as they had checked the item not very organised especially it being Christmas

Took ages to arrive
ordered it in advance for an early secret Santa (two weeks in advance) and it came around the 20th-23rd, and no emails told me when it was coming and couldn’t respond back to the email.

Ordered Wham 12inch picture disc of Last Christmas 🎄 male staff was very helpful and ordered it , sadly I got an email saying order was delayed , I had tried to email back but it wouldn't accept my reply and I also tried to phone , as I looked up number for H.M.V. store in Trinity centre in Aberdeen , but it said we can't connect you ?
So as it was a Christmas present I traveled 47 mikes each way from Fraserburgh to see if it has arrived as I ordered it weeks earlier , and my daughter also popped into store last Sunday to see if it had arrived , but no , still not arrived , I did eventually received an email saying it had at long last arrived , so my daughter got bus into Aberdeen today to pick it up , so it's cost me and my daughter a lot of money , bus fare was over £20 . But got it now. Cheers
