I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

Very helpful staff who were happy to order some films that were not in store. Let me know when they had been dispatched and when they had arrived. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a dvd from hmv they told me it whould take a couple of days it showed up a couple of days later I picked it up I asked the man behind the counter if thay had another dvd he found it seconds I had been looking in the wrong place very helpful and polite a good experience thank you
