Disappointing Delays and Missing Item
Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)
I was excited about my recent purchase, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the item I received was in great condition, the delivery date was pushed back by three weeks, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, I have only received one of the two items I ordered. Hopefully, the missing item arrives soon, but the delay and incomplete order take away from what could have been a much better experience.

Staff always nice always help you find what you’re looking for good place to shop for CDs or DVDs if you’re abit old fashioned like me love watching old movies nowadays HMV is the place to go if you like watching DVDs.

I was after a CD from a certain band, the assistant made sure he had the correct spelling of the band and found the CD i was after and ordered it for me.

Seamless purchase experience, we have always valued HMV and try to buy from them, they could however do much better on DVD's that they stock.

Great customer service
Popped into Basingstoke to treat myself to a couple of Slipknot CDs, couldn’t find one of them - however the guy went above and beyond to help me out and order one for home delivery.

Fast, problem was solved
Fast, good quality delivery. Unfortunately one of my vinyls were damaged on delivery however this was a manufacturers fault. The Basingstoke HMV staff were very useful, their manager replaced the vinyl whilst the employee found the vinyl for me. Great in house experience and resolved my issue quickly.
