Awesome team
Went into store looking for a specific record. They didn't have it but ordered it in for me (also offered home delivery). No extra charge to order and was cheaper than I thought! Was in the store within 3 days and was updated via email the whole time. Awesome team in Basingstoke store always well stocked and clean too.

I had to go down the shop 5 days after
I had to go down the shop 5 days after my its on its way email ....no one emailed or called me from the basingstoke HMV to let me know it was in the shop for collection..and when I eventually went down to find out where it was I was told it was ready for collection for four days and not even an apology from the staff so won't be pre ordering from HMV again ..ive read your reply ..I wasnt notified it was ready to pick up in store I was however notified that it was on its way to store ..it wasn't in my spam/junk folder because it wasn't sent..
