You Seem Pretty Sad for a Dude Working at HMV
I visited the Bath store to collect a CD but the service was a little slow and the staff were not friendly/ approachable. I want to preface that this is not usually the experience as I visited this particular store countless times, it was just memorable as it was the release day of Olivia Rodrigo's new album and the staff seemed a little sour (pun-intended)

BUT - why doesn't the shop stock on it's music bookshelves Jack's latest excellent book "Bob Dylan, Song by Song Volume 1 / 1962-1969". He's a local author and his previous book was on Bruce Springsteen. His new book on Dylan has been well-reviewed. I feel strongly that HMV Bath should stock his book and support your staff.

Great Service for Physical Media Collectors
I collect physical media, and I’ve consistently had a great experience with them—no complaints at all. Orders are well packaged and dispatched quickly. Visiting the shops is also a pleasure, with friendly and welcoming staff every time.
