The customer service was brilliant and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a certain CD, it wasn't in store but then I was told It could be ordered. The CD arrived within a few days

Good experience
I was able to find a CD which I had been looking for but was out of stock everywhere else. Price was good and click and collect worked well.
