Great customer service

Online vs instore
Buying online was so much simpler than going to the actual store! I asked in the store but had very little help other than a woman checking her computer and then pointed to the back wall saying over there? Buying online was great, two days delivery im over the moon

It took about 3 days from ordering to delivery which is what HMV said they would do. Picked up the product in the correct place with no administration problems. Excellent service.
