Easy to pre order goods and free pick up from local shop. I only gave 4 stars as my cd was later than expected

Looking for a particular dvd couldn't find it staff searched shop and system until they found it. Very friendly and helpful really good service from all. Never ever had any problems in this store

Verygood.young man was very helpful .found me what i was looking for on line and ordered for me.then took me to show me range of stock i mentioned i was looking for.said shop sold them and showed me.actually came from counter took me to thema very good thumbs up for thatx

Online vs instore
Buying online was so much simpler than going to the actual store! I asked in the store but had very little help other than a woman checking her computer and then pointed to the back wall saying over there? Buying online was great, two days delivery im over the moon
