I ordered click and collect and collecting my order was simple and the people working at my branch were lovely and helpful. The only issue I had was when placing my order was that I found the payment procedure to be confusing and somewhat unnerving.

Good shopping experience
Really friendly and helpful staff in your Grimsby branch. I'd not shopped in HMV for some time but will return soon, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products now offered. Overall a good shopping experience.

Ordered 2 blue Ray's on line
Ordered 2 blue Ray's on line, one order was cancelled, don't know why, 2nd blue Ray, had been delivered to our local store in Grimsby, but no email was sent to let me know.
So today went to the store, to try abd sort it out. It was there at the counter.

The gentleman behind the counter in your Grimsby store Alf i think was his name was very informed about the cds available both instore and ability to order. It made my visit very successful for two presents i needed to buy .

You messed my order up and it took…
messed my order up and it took several emails until someone finally looked into it and admitted responsibility
Order was cancelled within 5 days of purchase and I was told it was because I didn't pick it up within 14 days, it never even made it to store. I went elsewhere and got it cheaper.....

This one woman in the freshney place with glasses and purple hair (I think)
This one woman in the freshney place branch was lovely, I think she had purple hair, she had glasses and ordered me my laufey vinyl and got found my sza vinyl- she didn’t act like a robot she was great

Excellent customer service at Grimsby
I mistakenly ordered some blu-ray dvds instead of the ordinary ones on-line. I took them into store and showed my order confirmation. The staff organised the exchanged, sourced the dvds needed, went to the back store to find them. The staff were so helpful and polite. Thank you very much.
