Great customer service
Recently tried to 'click and collect' an order from the Inverness store which couldn't be found. The Manager was great and sorted it out by providing products from the store. He was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service.

HMV Inverness may survive & resurge, a bit like vinyl. Quite enviable really:
