I went into the Inverness branch of HMV…
I went into the Inverness branch of HMV to enquire about the possibility of purchasing a John Williams CD. I was assisted by Paul who dealt with my enquiry very quickly and efficiently. The item was ordered and I received it within a few days. Very pleased with the service, it was up to its usual high standard.

Enthusiastic and truthful, as always
The dvd of Emma (BBC 2009 series) we wanted was found quickly and ordered internally for us to pick up next time we were in town. Always a good sign to see low staff turnover here at our favourite store, and I appreciate the enthusiastic research they do, whatever the request!

VynlAlbum…
Was up in Inverness and popped into HMV, wanted an album for my son’s birthday. It was out of stock but in the warehouse. The store ordered for me and was delivered to my home a few days later back down the road. Brilliant service.

Great service inside the branch, the only thing that let it down was the time that it took to dispatch and for us to receive the product was very long
