Holiday treat.
I was on a short break to Scotland. A travelling companion told me about a specific DVD that she said was excellent.
I visited HMV in Inverness and was served by a very friendly and helpful assistant who told me they didn’t have it in stock but could order it and it would be sent to my home address in around 4/5 working days.
Happy to say the DVD arrived the day after I returned home, 5 days later.
Great service.

Be Ripped off
Ordered an Album from hmv after being told all was good, unfortunately the Album hasn’t arrived but hmv have taken my money from my account. Not happy with this at all.

INVERNESS 5 STAR STORE
As usual whenever I visit the store, the friendly and knowledgeable staff help me with my purchases. A great selection of CD’s and the Vinyl section is amazing! Go and take a look! So much more too, books, tee’s, accessories… everything you could possibly want in a music orientated store.
