I love HMV
I love HMV, they sell so many famous vinyls that I want or enjoy, everything is high quality and in mint condition, never had any issues, definetly would recommend!

The dvds were reasonably priced and available to collect a couple of days after I ordered them.The man who served me was very helpful and friendly.

My first ever online purchase!!
I ordered an album, it came within the week that I'd ordered it (very quick, 4 days-ish from when I ordered it)
They gave me a code to put into the royal mail app so I could see each process as my package went through it which was really comforting, especially as a first time buyer.
They also had multiple purchasing options (E.g. debit, paypal) which was good.
The album also came unscathed, it could've done with being packaged a bit more securely but it was fine.
I feel like it was great overall personally.

Nice and easy
Simple process and was good to collect from local shop and pay no extortionate delivery charges. Will definitely use again.

Great service
Such a cool store. The staff at HMV were very helpful and friendly. It's nice that they take an interest in the things we like, and are compassionate to make people feel welcome. Weather your someone who likes a certain tv series, or you love music and posters; it's a great atmosphere. Also, I love the pins they sell.

Excellent service
Excellent service: I was looking for a particular book which I couldn't see out on display in the store. A member of staff asked me if I needed any help and went out of his way to check the stock-room, and returned with a copy of the book.
