Excellent service as always in HMV…
Excellent service as always in HMV Kettering, I wanted a particular classical CD for my Mum, and it was sorted out, delivered to store and I picked it up fine. I have been using the store for years and actively avoid Amazon! Very good CD and Vinyl selection.

Great shopping experience
Went in to pick up my items that I had ordered online (Xmas gifts). The shop was clean and well laid out. The gentleman on the till was very helpful and chatted away while I paid for more items that I picked up in store.

Being told look for it yourself and waiting over 20 mins at a till whilst the one member of staff disappeared is not good enough

Top stuff again HMV
Easy process to the preorder and then to collect from my home town HMV store - and good customer service from online straight through to collection from store.
The order date was delayed for a week but was kept informed.

I always try and buy from HMV...
I always try and buy from HMV. My rating is based mostly on the great staff in the Kettering HMV store who are always friendly and helpful in obtaining that what I am after. Failing that I generally go to the HMV website, or order instore. As opposed to the competitors.
