Delivery was delayed - items not in great condition
Delivery was delayed, then when items arrived they were scrunched up into a ball and thrown in a box. Ordered two t-shirts and they were completely crumpled.

It would have been easier to have DVD delivered to home address. Only on this occasion store closing for three week refit.

What a rip off....
After making several purchases of records on line and being very happy with the overall purchase experience I decided to visit Hmv Newcastle store to buy a record case for my new collection. To avoid a wasted journey I phoned the Newcastle branch to see if the case was in stocks and also to ask if I could use a, Love 2shop gift card over the counter. The assistant was very helpful and I was very pleased with his advise. What I'm far from pleased with is the fact that I have just been charged over £6 for the call,,,, What a rip off, Never again HMV, my business is going elsewhere from now on.

The reason we provide 084 numbers for stores is that they offer additional options and increased functionality that helps us maintain consistent service levels across all of our stores. Regrettably, we do not have control over what additional access fees the various phone providers charge.
