Wanted a present for our granddaughter and did not have size in store asked at counter extremely helpful staff who checked if size was in stock they had to order it in brilliant service kept us upto date via email collected it 2 days later just what we wanted great service all round

I ordered a cd in the Newcastle store
I ordered a cd in the Newcastle store. I received an email saying the order was being processed and not long afterwards I had another email to collect the cd from the store.
Everything was quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Troy was amazing in the Newcastle HMV
Troy was amazing in the Newcastle HMV. He answered my question about a gift I wanted for my son. As the store did not have the limited dvd in store, he looked for it and ordered it for me there and then. He was really helpful, Knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I will definitely recommend this store and will continue to shop there. Thank you Troy, my boy loves his dr who dvds.
