I still like buying records and my local hmv have a good choice and if they haven't got what I want I can order and pick it up from there.

No problems when returning
Although I had to return the t shirt due to it being damaged, it was easy to return and re-order a new one. There were no problems, they apologised for the hole in the shirt and happily ordered a new one. It arrived quickly and all in all it was a good experience.

Highly Recommend…
Ordering was easy and I was kept informed when my items were ready to collect. The staff in Nuneaton store are brilliant. So helpful and chatty. They really made me feel welcome and went out of there way to help me.

I went in to store in nuneaton on a casual 'I wonder if they have' basis. Great store
Went into hmv today looking for a particular dvd, I ask one of the members of staff, Jayne from Nuneaton store for her help and she was lovely, she helped me find what I wanted, was very polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
