This was the first time I had ordered online
This was the first time I had ordered online from HMV.i ordered 3 LPs of which only one of them was available in my local store. The LPs arrived as promised and were well packaged and arrived in good condition.
I always try to buy from my local store but if needed I would not hesitate to buy online again.

I went into HMV with my daughter to…
I went into HMV with my daughter to find a funko pop figure, we spoke to a member of staff called poppy, she had a lovely conversation with my daughter and myself. She is a credit to the store at HMV Preston.

Good diverse choice:
Hello HMV, Your Preston Store is excellent and your Colleagues working in it are very helpful friendly and knowledgeable.
There is a good diverse range of music from classical to very modern in the store with CDs, DVDs and traditional vinyl LP's!
