Went into store ordered the cd as they…
Went into store ordered the cd as they did not have it in stock. The assistant ordered it for me within 2 days it was ready for me to collect. They did say it can't take up to 5 days but it didn't. The staff were very polite and helpful.

So helpful in store
So helpful in store. Theychecked but didn't have the DVD I wanted in store. However, they ordered it immediately and it was available to collect very quickly. I much prefer to go to the store if possible for just this reason.

I visited my favourite retail store, that is HMV, but in particular Romford to pick up an order and to make a purchase,
Staff are always welcoming to me, helpful, polite, friendly and kind.
Donna in particular is great, always says hello if she sees me first. Goes out of her way to help me. We chat about what new DVD we have watched, and of course when not busy. I respect work boundaries. Donna has recommended some great films and I have to her. Donna is really a lovely person, and she also works very hard.

HMV Romford for me has always been a very nice place to visit with very knowledgeable staff very good understanding of what they have in stock and on the market.
Thay always have been very welcoming into the store so their customer services has always have been great I recently made an order and had to deliver to the store and as per usual the experience was absolutely brilliant they have so many things collectables and fun things that you thort you never needed that made my desk look grate what a place to shop.
