faulty lp.
Had to exchange a faulty lp in your Romford store and had excellent service by Garyll. The lp was out of stock but received the replacement the next day in the post.

The people
The people. I bought a record that had a fault, they ordered me a replacement without a fuss (Gary - Romford store) and today I went to see The Phantom Menace 25th Anniversary at the cinema and (Jay - Romford store went out of his way to get me a selection of non-display Star Wars t-shirts to choose from for the event. Romford store is amazing!

I always pop in!
Was just browsing saw a CD I wanted in the sale. Served quickly. Staff in Romford have always been helpful and nice. I always pop in when I'm in town.
