Item was not in stock had to have it delivered to store. Order arrived in store VERY last minute before christmas with very little communication. Ive since been bombarded with emails asking to leave a review.

I was served by the sexy and knowledgeable, David. His blue eyes, bulging biceps, and tight shorts made my purchase so much easier. I even bought a few extra things just to stand in his presence for a little longer. What a bald dreamboat!

Postage took to long
Took far to long to be deliverd well over a week insted of a few days though i wasent sure I'd get it for Christmas

I was told when I would receive updates…
I was told when I would receive updates by email and that was exactly what happened and order was available to collect as soon as I received final email. Encountered no issues at all.

How good is HMV?
My online order was sent to HMV and I received a timely email from HMV informing me that my item was ready to pick up.
When arriving at the store, I was third in the queue, but seen by a very helpful member of staff. She located my item within seconds and was very profesdional in how she dealt with me.

Excellent service
A member of staff was very helpful and suggested a similar item to the one I was looking for. They then ordered the item, which arrived in less than a week.
When I picked the item up another member of staff served me and they were also extremely polite and pleasant.
