My experience with HMV as always been a positive and enjoyable one. Especially when physical in the store, I’m well into my seventies now so I tend to go online more, which I still enjoy very much.

Went into the store to collect my order & the lady behind the counter gave me someone else's order despite me giving them MY order number. She clearly didnt read the name that was written on the box. Had to wait until the following day to get it sorted & get MY order. Thankfully someone else served me & rectified the situation & apologised profusely.

Bought Lola Young's new album & concert tickets via HMV.com. collected the album from the Sunderland HMV store (I also picked up a new book while I was there) and the tickets are ready to use in the HMV app. No problems to report, the whole process was very smooth. Nice one HMV...
