I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

Young lad found the DVD that I wanted but not in blue ray. As it was a gift for someone I bought it and paid for the delivery,as it was not in the store. The DVD arrived on the day of the birthday and she was thrilled to have her on copy. Thank you HMV.
