The salesperson at the Harlequin Centre Watford was very helpful. The CDs that I wanted was in store and another she offered to order and either collect at store or have it posted to. I chose to have CD posted. Was given all the relevant information. I thought she was great ambassador for HMV. She seemed to take pleasure in her job.

Superb service
The items were delivered on time and packed really well,
I was anxious that it did not contain 2 LPs so once the checks had been done and the till cleared the girl urged me to open the parcel to check.
She understood my situation.

My CD problem
One of my cd cases has 2 medium sized cracks in it. The other two CDs were in great condition.
