Ease of ordering from HMV
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The ease of ordering from HMV store. I received emails to keep me posted about my order along with my receipt but unfortunately I did not receive the final email which should of informed me that my order had arrived in store and was ready to collect. So when I received the 1st survey to ask how you did I couldn't fill it in as hadn't got it!! So I went to the Watford store on the 16th October. My order was there... it had arrived on the 4th October! It would of been helpful if someone had checked an email to collect had been sent!

Shopping in store
Would highly recommend shopping in store rather than on line . The experience of looking round and being served by such friendly staff makes such a difference. Though the item I wanted was not in stock this was quickly ordered and was ready for me to collect within days .Thank you Watford and Jade for your service.

HMV ....great for a browse, great for a by
I always like browsing at HMV and 9 times out of 10 end up with a purchase. The staff are always polite and helpful although on Saturday 12th April on my visit to your Watford Branch I was a little disappointed with the Language two of your staff we're using whilst chatting and working. The 'f' word was used in abundance which was just not needed in that environment. A member of the public even had to shout across the room for service at the till as they were so involved in their private conversation.
Having said i still ended up with another vinyl to add to the collection.

Well spoken staff, smiles all through their service. I needed a DVD which they didn’t have at the particular store in Watford, I was assured to make payments and have it with 2-5days and even before the 5th day I was informed it had arrived.
