I should not have had to order this…
I should not have had to order this DVD. Andre Rieu is very popular in Worthing but only 2 copies were sent to that branch and sold very quickly, before I reached there, on the day of release. I could have bought it from elsewhere for delivery to me but I prefer to support my local shops.

Ordering the item was very easy to do on line and picking it up from my selected store was also easy and convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

If it says 'in store' go in & buy it.!!
I went online to order a CD, checked availability & was told 'in store'. I paid & pressed click & collect. Went in the next day to collect & was told it hadn't arrived yet. They could sell me the 'in store' CD and send back my order.????? Next day I received an email to collect.!!!!! Strange.

The staff are always ready to help you if need. I normally find what I'm looking for and the store is clean tidy.
I think the best thing is the staff they make the store good and you want to shop there again. For me customer care is important for any buissness. That's why I've given 5stars.

The man was very pleasant in taking my order and i was informed via email that the CD was in.
I collected it a few days later.

This order was all due to me asking…
This order was all due to me asking about a certain album that wasn't on the shelf, but I had seen days before. The till person immediately offered I order it in once they noticed that there was none in stock.
Got an email on both dispatch and arrival and was able to get it a few days later with no trouble. Will definitely order something from there again if it comes to it.
