I ordered two pairs of shoes on June 14 and they have still not been shipped. Payment was taken immediately, but there is no clear information about my order. Your website promises fast shipping, yet nothing has happened for days.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase information after paying for an order. If you cannot deliver within the promised timeframe, you should be honest about it instead of keeping customers waiting.
I expected much better service from HOKA.

I originally intended to buy just one pair, but I accidentally ordered two. As a full-time PhD student on a tight budget, I immediately contacted customer support because I simply couldn't afford the extra cost. The team was very helpful and explained the return process clearly.
However, after trying the shoes, I was genuinely impressed by the comfort and support they provided. Because of ongoing problems with my big toe, knees and lower back, finding suitable footwear has never been easy, and these shoes made a noticeable difference.
In the end, I decided to keep both pairs. A good friend kindly helped me with the cost, and we agreed that I would repay him when circumstances allow. I am extremely pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I bought two pair of hokas one pairs holding them extremely well. The other one is falling totally apart. They're both the same age. I bought them from shoe perks Pooler Georgia paid $130 for him. The soles are coming apart. Believe it was bad glue. I've got photos I would like to send

Very disappointed with Hoka we been buying them for years, we bought a pair of Rincon for my son with it 2 months the stitching from both shoes by the ankles started to come off, reach to warranty send pictures and receipt all to be denied do to normal wear, me and family will never buy them again.

I have ordered from many different online brand sights, Nike, DQ, sketchers. Received these today a perfect fit 9.5 light as a feather. Very comfortable wide fit. Love the colour silver grey. I hope they last.....we shall see. Exceptional delivery service.

Delivered wrong colour and size, you can't speak to anyone, you have to chat to an AI bot. It will take them 3 working days to respond to my query via email.

I really cannot believe that such a huge company does not have a number to call. And why companies use DPD for delivery also does not make sense to me when they are atrocious.
I ordered a pair of trainers to be delivered and received no email notification that they were delivered. Ive gone on the tracker and found they were delivered yesterday and ready for collection! Lies. Went twice to the collection point and nothing. And all you can do is a poxy chat with their AI. Asked to be passed to a team and says they'll review and get back to me within 1 to 3 working days!!! Well I need the trainers by tomorrow hence the delivery. Has really put me off giving Hoka my money. At least have a contact point. Increasingly companies keep doing this and all it does is give them bad reviews! But why would they care if they keep having people spend with them. Wish I had not ignored rhe reviews. Please do not do the same
