I received my parcel in good time and the product was just as advertised. Ordered on 13/06/26 (Friday evening). Received my parcel 16/06/26 ( afternoon). I was also kept update about the whole process.

I tried to contact DPD to say that I am not going to be in. In fact I won’t be in till the evening of 17 June onwards. However, I had a message from DPD to say that the parcel was successfully delivered today!

These Hoka Clifton 10s are the most comfortable and supportive running shoe for healthcare workers. I have had multiple injuries occur to my knees, ankles, and hips. These injuries have caused me to be in pain in many types of shoes. This is how I found the Hoka Clifton 10s. After trying on what felt like every single shoe on in the shoe store, I had finally found one that did not cause me any pain. The sole and heel of the shoe are incredibly squishy and soft. This makes every step feel as though you are walking on a cloud. After standing and walking on my feet all day at work, I have not felt even an ounce of discomfort. There is no pain in my knees or back, which is typical of other shoes that claim to be supportive. The cushion of the shoe is not the only feature that makes it comfortable.

The breathability of the Clifton 10 levels up the comfort. When your feet begin to sweat, many other shoe fabrics will begin to rub on your skin. This causes discomfort while walking and leads to blisters. The breathable fabric of the Clifton 10s prevents this from happening. The fabric allows for air to move through your shoes and not keep the hot, wet air inside of the shoe. I have never gotten a sore or blister from my Clifton 10s, and I wear them for 8 plus hours multiple days out of the week while I am working.

Hoka provides individuality with a wide range of sizes for the Clifton 10s. The women’s sizes range from a size 4 to a size 12. This allows for more inclusion of people who can purchase and wear these shoes. Hoka also provides the option of getting the shoe in a standard, wide, and extra wide. Having different widths to purchase allows for more people to find the perfect size for them. The sizing range that Hoka provides makes everyone able to buy and wear the most comfortable shoes for them.

Another way that these shoes are customizable to each person is the colors that the shoes come in. It is difficult to find a shoe color that you do not like because they have so many options. The colors that are offered in the Clifton 10s are, all orange, all white, black and rose, lilac and orange, sea glass green and white, blue and white, black and white, off white, blush and rose, white and yellow, white and baby blue, all black, tan and white, blue and pink, white and pink, and grey and white. On top of all of these colors that they are offering right now, they also offer limited edition colors. The limited edition colors are offered depending on time of year and how many shoes of that color are made. Once they run out of a limited edition color, it is discontinued.

One of the disadvantages to some people of this shoe is the price. Everyone’s price range for a shoe varies depending on their budget and the activity the shoe is being used for. The range of all the shoes from Hoka is $90-$280. This price range is for every type of shoe that Hoka makes, not just running shoes. The average cost of running shoes across all shoe companies is $70-$180. For the Clifton 10, the cost ranges from $124-$155, depending on the color you purchase. The Clifton 10 price falls into the average cost of running shoes, but some people cannot spend that must on a shoe. For myself, I am willing to pay this price for the comfort and support they offer. I own two pairs of these shoes despite the cost.

The biggest downside to the Clifton 10s, to me, is that they are difficult to clean. The shoe is made out a porous fabric. Since I am a healthcare worker, I get things on my shoes that I need to clean off, like bodily fluids. The pair of Clifton 10s that I wear at my job are all white. This means that I am able to bleach them without the color fading or being changed. On the other hand, my second pair that I wear while running errands and walking outside are pink. This color is much harder to clean since I cannot use bleach on them without compromising the color of the shoe. I have tried to clean my pink pair with soap and water. This technique works for getting off dirt and mud, but not for things that stain like grass.

Overall, I would give the Hoka Clifton 10 running shoes a four out of five stars. They are extremely comfortable and supportive, which is what I am focused on in a shoe. The cushion provides my joints with stability and support. This makes daily pain in my ankles, knees, hips, and back for me almost zero. I would consider them affordable for myself, but some people may disagree with this statement for various reasons. The only reason that one star was lost was due to the difficulty of cleaning. This may not be an important factor for some people, but to me this is important. I must be able to bleach my shoes at my job, and any other color than white makes this an impossible task. Think to yourself about how the Hoka Clifton 10s would improve your workday.

Purchased a pair of trainers and given an order number. They cancelled the order as there was apparently some issue with the billing address, not matching the bank address (which there wasn't) That part is fine with me though. Mistakes happen. The issue I have is that I received no communication via email, text or call that they had cancelled the transaction and delivery! Now, competing in unsuitable footwear. An email would have allowed me time to get new trainers elsewhere. Thank you very much HOKA!

I ordered a pair of Hoka's, which I had done many times. I looked at the tracking as I had not had a notification of delivery to my chosen place. They were delivered the previous Wednesday, this now being Saturday. I went to collect them, but DPD had not sent a delivery code. They were not in the shop system, either, and the shop refused to hand them over as I didn't have the code, and they didn't have any information about them. I contacted Hoka, who suggested I contact DPD to get a delivery code. DPD is very difficult to get hold of, and I don't have the time to start chasing up something that is Hoka's responsibility. I'm not sure why Hoka felt that it was my responsibility to follow up on their delivery firm. The email also pointed out that if the item was not picked up within 7 days, it would be returned to the warehouse. I'm not sure what Hoka wished to achieve here.
I think this reply from Hoka explains why there is a problem with this company. They have had emails from me which they have not replied giving all the details. They now want more details. I tried to put in a complaint yesterday but there is no facility on their website and the chat box just said this has been passed to our team. Said chatbox then closed down. Writing a review to warn others really is a last resort.

After 1 month of wearing those shoes from hoka I discovered that one of the shoe is damaged, I am disappointed

I’ve had a message saying my package has been delivered but it hasn’t. I was in all day on the date given.

Excellent service , ordered them Thursday evening and they were delivered by Saturday morning 9.30 standard delivery . I love my Hokas , this pair didn’t disappoint either .

Like colour but not enough cushion for my arthritic feet and too wide.

Did what they said,delivered on time

I have used Cliftons for years and have found them very comfortable and durable, much better than the NBs I used to wear. This last pair started falling apart on the bottom of the shoe after 3 months. There is one section missing on one shoe and 3 sections missing on the other one. I don't think I am going to buy another pair again.
