Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso Hotel Tunisia is a great place to stay, from reception where people are trying to help with everything its possible, spacious rooms with balcony and sea view, restaurants are serving very tasty food in a large variety, pools are always very clean, gym and spa area, entertainment team is great, offering lots of activities over the day and in the evening, sandy beach with a bar and restaurant nearest that you imagine. With taxi, which you can find any time in front of the hotel(for cheap price), we got to Yasmine Hammamet, where we visited Marina, little ride in the shops and Carthage Waterpark. I would like to thank everyone but I would like to mention few names : Yasmine, Sam, Rami, Jamilla, Vecky, Didi, Mario, Ben Ali, Samir !!! Hope we are gonna see you again, soon !!!!

Eftalia village was amazing such a great holiday had, staff were so friendly, yaman the waiter was so friendly and helped us anyway he could for a big group he went out of his way to make our holiday easier as dinning in an all inclusive with a large group can be difficult. Looking forward to return

Hotel Akti Imperial Rodhos Greece !I can say that it is a good hotel maybe 4 stars instead of 5. But instead we had problems with the beach which is only rocks, so you need special shoes. The location is gorgeous, it's a dream island! Instead the food, clean the 10-star staff! Again the girls at the SPA are goddesses (Jezerca)! I recommend Miss measures Arieta has some gold hands! Sol palmeras is amazing. The entertainers are awesome, especially Lady and Maria are very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend the resort and everything that offers. 💓

I made booking through their website without giving any payment or credit card detail. I was suprised and feel suspicious and started to investigate. I found that there are a lot of complaints about this company. I called them and try to ask through their hotline but the lady can not speak english and cant give any feedback. I understand that they are far from being professional. A few days later I received deposit pay request I didn't pay and I would like to cancelled my reservation but I see that there is cancellation fee. I paid nothing, they dont have my credit card details but they are now asking me to pay %75 of the whole amount which is around 1100 EUR.

I booked a hotel and then cancelled in an hours it reading the reviews online. 2 weeks after I recived a letter at home asking me a cancellation fees of 73 euro + 5 euro penaltiy . Tell me how on earth would someone charge a cancellation fees for a booking that was not made or active have been cancelled in few mins after the booking . total Scammers who want to eat your money from your account into their

Good hotel, nice rooms and pool area. We did ask for an upgrade of our room. Economy rooms are pretty dark and have no balcony. Location is next to the sea. Not every staff member was as friendly , but we did meet a few greaaaaat people from the animation team - special thanks to Younnes and Rasim (and others) . Also the manager of the gardenia bar was fantastic, he made the best coctails for us during our stay!!!

We’ve just returned from jaz Makadi oasis hotel Hurghada and what a lovely hotel it is, all of the staff there really make your stay welcome and can’t do enough for you they work long hours from morning till night and still have a smile on their faces. The grounds are kept immaculate, the food is good there’s something for everyone as well as the kids, there’s a food court at the beach serving pizza, hotdogs, burgers, chips , waffles and ice cream. The beach is kept clean with water’s spots and trips to go on the water park is also fun with a variety of slides to cater for little ones or the big ones, all in all you can’t go wrong with this hotel we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it and hopefully will be returning back. I want to especially mention the boys who served us our drinks all day on the beach and again at night Ali and Hamouda very friendly and funny guys always making sure everything was ok and couldn’t do enough for us they are a real asset to your hotel also Hafez who served us at breakfast and magdy who was our room cleaner he did a lovely job and some lovely towel art too also many more who's names I didn’t get but all very helpful and friendly. Thankyou very much for a wonderful holiday and will hopefully be back soon

I booked a family trip to Turkey in March of 2022. Bought the "premium club membership".
One year later I get an email from them giving me 14 days to pay for the second year of membership.
There is no easy way to cancel it. There are no expiration reminder emails, nothing.
This is a predatory and illegal practice.
Avoid HolidayCheck like the plague.

i booked my hooneymoon with you and suddenly i got an email said that i canceled it although i didn’t and i’m sure, i booked it again and it has been 2 weeks and i asked the hotel and they replied that there is no reservation for me!
I don’t know why you are dealing like that

We have checked availability for your desired trip. The offer you have selected can currently only be booked on request.

I booked this vacation for honeymoon, i already took vacation off work. I really hope there is solution that my holiday still can go on.
I hope holidaycheck can arrange this, so me and other customers have good faith in this company.

Please let my 2023 start great. And i will give update if this issue is resolved. That ofcourse my stars will be 10/10+

I have booked a hotel reservation through this agency, paid normal by debit card.(booking reference 1132343 holiday check).
They have cancelled the reservation because I have put a Romanian billing address (the one linked to Wise account).
And guess what, they haven't refunded the money and just a few days left to departure.
It's the last time I pay in advance through agencies (parasites). Payment at arrival at hotel is the best option.
The refund of money can take up to 28 days, they destroyed my holidays.

As a known so far, Austria, Switzerland and Germany are not part of the UK, more than that, everyone can see there are a lot of reviews done by UK customers, the reply of the racist agency does not fit.

VERY FUNNY, they mentioned that:

'For vacationers without a fixed residence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, massive additional costs can arise on site in the hotels. However, since we are not informed about these amounts and therefore cannot include them in our prices, we exclude such bookings directly"

So to conclude, in their opinion privileged nations still exist.

My husband and I booked this holiday quite last minute, as we really needed a break to relax and recharge - and we certainly got that and more. We had always wanted to visit Croatia so were extremely pleased to make our booking. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Everyone always smiled and made the time to speak. The food was just superb and catered for all tastes. The hotel was always spotless with beautiful grounds which were all very well kept. The pool was one of our favourite places, lying in the sun and relaxing with a cocktail. Our early morning cycling excursion with Maggie allowed us to view even more stunning scenery. Orebic now holds a very special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to return to visit Aminess Grand Azur hotel once more. Thank you so much.

Restaurant staff courteous and helpful. Special mention to our waiters Madhih & Zain.
Also a special mention to restaurant chef, who made perfect omelettes every morning.

An unpretentious resort for a lovely relaxing holiday.
