WE SPENT A FULL WEEK AT CLOVER MAGIC SEAGATE HOTEL TURKEY ANTALYA BELEK BOGAZKENT.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO TO SPENT A WEEK THERE WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. WE HAD A VERY GOOD TIME AND ENJOYED OUR HOLIDAY. WE GOT THE CHANCE TO MEET THE CHEF(LADY). SHE IS SO COOL, NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
WE MET THE WAITER DILARA, YUSOOF AND THE RECEPTIONIST KAN AND THE MANAGER MÜCEVHER THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND GREET YOU WUTH A SMILE.

WE MET THE BARMAN EMRE AT THE BAR. THIS YOUNG GENTLEMAN IS NOT ONLY A BARMAN BUT HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND GIVE US ADVISE HOW, WHEN, WHERE AND WHAT TO DO AND TO VISIT, HE WAS A GUIDE TO US. HE WAS SO NICE TO US AND HE IS FLUENT IN ENGLIDH AND GERMAN TOO. HE ALWAYS GREETS US WITH A SMILE. HE IS SO FRIENDLY, POLITE AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. HE HELPED US OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE OUR STAY AND PLACES TO VISIT MEMORABLE. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO MEET MR EMRE.

OVERALL ALL THE STAFF FROM THE RECEPTION, BAR, WAITET AND THE ROOM SERVICE ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.

BUT ON THE OTHER HAND WE HAD A PROBLEMIN OUR 1514 IN THE SHOWER. EVERYTIME WHEN WE HAD A SHOWER IN THE SHOWER CUBICLE AND TRAY, ALL THE WATER CAME OUT THROUGH THE GLASS PANEL. IT FLOODED THE THE WHOLE TOILET FLOOR. ALL HAVE TO DO WAS TO APPLY SILICONE IN BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE SHOWER TRAY. SO I REQUESTED TO THE MANAGER VEYSEL FROM 27TH APRIL TO 4TH MAY TO FIX THAT PROBLEM.
THIS MANAGER VEYSEL FROM MY OPINION HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IMPOLITE AND UNFRIENDLY.
SINCE WE RAISE THAT ISSUE WITH HIM HE IGNORED US AND AVOIDED US. EVEN WE GREETED HIM SO MANY TIMES BUT THERE WERE NO RESPONSE. HE NEVER EVER GIVE US A FEEDBACK ABOUT OUR REQUEST REGARDING THE FLOODED FLOOR.

OVERALL I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A 5 STAR 🌟 THIS HOTEL AND ALL THE STAFF. UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF VEYSEL IAM GIVING A 4 STAR 🌟.

BUT I WOULD LOVE TO GO THERE AND TO MEET THE LOVELY BEAUTIFUL STAFF AGAIN.

Holiday at Sheraton Miramar El Gouna from may 1-11, 2024:
We are spending another holiday at Sheraton Miramar El Gouna. This has always been a fantastic experience, the hotel has been renovated in a fantastic way and keeps on paying attention to further improve. The management is active listening to feedback. Again and again we are received with a smile and nothing is too much for the people working in the Hotel. Many of the people working at the hotel do speak very well english, which helps in making our experience even better. I want to thank especially Mohamed Abdellatif staying at the Miramar Beach Bar. He is always respectfulll, helpfull, speaks very good english. We know him for years now and nothing is too much for him!
Also big Thx for Taha at the reception, who does understand very well whenever we explain what is needed an dis very helpfull. Some other people who de deserve an enormous thank you are Aswani, Mohamed Mohsen and Mosaad at the main restaurant. We stayed at the beach near the Zeytuna bridge, as we enyoy Kitesurfing. On the beachbar between the bridge and the relax beach Mohamed did serve us with a smile, never getting tired to serve all people at the beach. Also Naim from the towels did his utmost best to help all tourist have a place.

Absolutely superb holiday at Double Tree by Hilton in Malta, we have stayed in the hotel many times over the years when it was known as The Dolmen. The Dolmen was always an excellent hotel and it is good to see that the standards have not dropped having been taken over by Hilton. The foyer, lounge bar and bistro have all been updated and all look superb. Reception and restaurant staff all extremely professional and courteous and rooms beautiful and extremely clean. Special mention to Vicki in customer relations who is extremely efficient and ensures that we are happy with things. Huge thanks to David, Christine and Michael in the beautiful restaurant who are always extremely professional and are always an absolute pleasure to meet. Superbly managed hotel and will be quite incredible when the new beach area is completed.
Stunning sea views, really nice prom stretching around 5 km and hotel is approximately a 3 minute walk from the bus station which is just perfect for getting around Malta.

Holiday is sbh hotel fuerteventura the animation team they have here are outstanding so good with kids especially linus and Olivia they helped my son with a really bad sunburn on his shoulder and they was so kind to me and my son the staff here go above and beyond wish I could give them 1million out of 1 million but only good give 5 definitely will be back

Location is superb and what a view to wake up to. We had the most fantastic room literally right by the sea which was clean and comfortable. The staff are all really helpful and we had a great experience with them all. Hotel caters for a large number of Russian guests so the food is probably more to their tastes, however, we always found something to enjoy and the chef will make you omelettes in the morning and pizza at lunch. Close to town with its many bars and shops with great places to have a meal out. There is some noise from disco at night but it closes down at 11 pm so not a problem. We had a great week and would return to this boutique hotel.

We had 1 week in Siva, and we were satisfied almost with everyhing. We spent more evening at the Terrace Bar, because the staff there are so friendly and nice, except the manager (Ramadam). He tried to sell us alcohol more times, and was so pushy. He wanted us to pay for you 10 EUR for a bottle whisky. My husband tried to explain that is so annoying, but the manager doesn't speak english (only few words). I am disappointed about this man, because the other waiters are really good.

Extremely dubious and probably illegal activities. This travel agency is refusing obvious feedback (with photos, videos) from turists, invoking absurd reasons not to publish their reviews. Only so they can sell more problematic offers, in total disrespect of realities and jeopardizing the tourists health (rabies, for instance). I sent them booking proof with, dates hotel etc. and they refused to publish it saying dates are not visible (bu they are!). Seemms to me like a desperate company to avpid bamcrupcy, with extremely low standards employees.

To all the english speakers and others languages who do not speak German book through them or buy their checks (Cheques) at your own risk.

If they cannot accept review in english why give them money that does not speak German???

Towards the end of 2023, my wife and I sat in front of a laptop and looked through a holiday. It had special conditions like (no cancellation fees, and no prepayment). We then called an agent at Holidaycheck to book so that they could send a request to the hotel for interconnecting rooms.

In the online booking system, there is this red point under the booking, at the end of the page. If you give this number to the agent on the phone, the conditions should be the same. We did give him this number. To our shock when the agent finished booking the holidays, we realized the conditions were not there. When we checked our online profile, it said “Full amount due immediately.” We were in shock! This holiday is for October 2024.

We contacted Holidaycheck immediately to correct this. They make you wait for days for a response from their agent (HC Touristik). They came back to us saying, “after contacting the agency, Holiday Check Touristik,” the agency refused to cancel the booking and the amount is due IMMEDIATELY.

We were so furious and sent them proof that this exact holiday is displayed online with those conditions. We requested all the phone conversations. The company has changed so much. This used to be a company with class. My wife and I and other acquaintances have spent more than 250’000 CHF in the last 13 years at this place. We paid holidays for our German friends who booked through this platform.

We were so disappointed and threatened legal action.
This is when an agent wrote us the next morning that it was a “MISUNDERSTANDING” and canceled the booking cost-free. We could then book another holiday with special conditions. After the bad treatment, however, we canceled it.

Please AVOID this company. It has changed so much!
They have arguments like “when the system does this, we cannot do this, we cannot change anything.” It is intentionally set up that way.

We believe they are using a model with cancellation fees to make money. They are so keen and so quick to cancel your booking. The system constantly changes the conditions of offers. This confuses the person booking.

THIS STUFF IS DELIBERATE
I am honestly not sure if they have financial problems and are acting desperate. THIS USED TO BE A COMPANY WITH SO MUCH CLASS.

Our family really enjoyed our holidays in Sol Palmeras. Very friendly people, always ready to help, patient with our daughter. We liked the animated dancing time, stretching, childrens animation - my daughter is still a fan of the clown - the programm in the evening- singing and dancing shows.
Wonderful beach and sea- very relaxed and chilling. Our Bungalow was not too near the hotel, but there was a snack station from 10-15.30, practical when we were late for breakfast.
Never ever seen such a buffet with a broad variety of food, I really liked the fish and seafood.

The hotel ANAMAR is very clean.
Rooms are checked daily .
Inside and outside the hotel is all excellent.
Great location too.lovely and quiet through the 🌙 night.

we were once again treated to the most relaxing holiday ,nothing is too much trouble for the staff at coraya beach .the hotel is spotless, the food divine ,the gardens make for a paradise setting .the beach is pristine and never crowded ,we love the house reef, just a few steps for the beach .we could not ask for more which is why we are back there i february which will be or 8th visit ..looking forward to many more .

Fantastic hotel stayed there several times now and always been impressed. The new manager Sabehattan is warm , friendly and will surely be a great asset . All staff work hard to keep everyone happy , well done to Ali and Eda as Bar Captains , just to mention a few , there’s Osman, Umuth , Ramazan ,Cercan,barmen and the waitresses , Bengul spoke good English and Akin and Alanya always cheerful and attentive . Of course guest relations manager Cemile ,as always , ensures that everything runs smoothly . Thank you Adalya for another great stay .

I booked one night via Holidaycheck.de. They did not take any payment and sent me an invoice later. The process was quite primitive. Before making the payment, I went to Trustpilot to check its reviews and saw that people had reached their destination and found that there was no booking. This made me very scared. I had a very packed trip and could not afford such mismanagement so I called up the hotel directly to check regarding the booking. The hotel informed me they have no such booking. Now Holiday check is asking me to pay for this non-existent booking plus a penalty. Kindly stay away from this website.

Family friendly health resort with professional staff from reception (Amir, Mohanad), dining room, housekeeping with whom to courteously communicate particular needs.

Fantastic Royal Jinene hotel. Perfect food. Indoor pool it's warm. Big and nice outdoor pool. Private beach. Personal at hotel very friendly. Good place, near shops, near Medina. Hotel room it's clean. Really recommend Royal Jinene hotel in Souse for everyone!

Grand Zaman Garden Hotel, Alanya
Very good Hotel, Room was excellent and also the restaurant, everyday different food..very good location...I highly recommend this hotel to everyone...dont forget to go the Spa and Wellness accross the street, the Manager of the Spa, Bagdad, she is very professional, kind and has good knowledge about the Spa and wellness, they also offer very good prices.

From. The moment we entered the door the lovely lady Vasalia at reception accompanied us to our room and showed us the facilities. She was warm and friendly. The staff from the bartenders jerry and George to the waiters and cleaners were very friendly yet professional. A beautifully maintained modern hotel with breakfast lunch dinner and drinks all inclusive. Definitely one of thee best hotels I've been to in my month of travelling Turkey and Greece.the Belmare hotel on Rhodes island I highly recommend

Stefano and Madeline was a most gracious host! Very accommodating with our luggage storage needs. And we enjoyed the stay they prepared nice courtesy for us, plus the lovely terrace where we ate. They helped us arrange transportation and tour. Nice location, close to the city center and a very walkable area with many restaurants.
