great central hotel close to sea front but far enough to be peaceful
all staff were brilliant and our cleaner Fatima was very thorough cleaning our room everything in place as it should be
couple small issues reported to reception which were sorted within the hour very prompt no complaints from me only glowing reports thanks everyone at this hotel

This is for Hl Rondo hotel playa del ingles. Mostvthings ok. Excrpt towels are hard andcthin. Not a good selection for vegetarians

Nice hotel breakfast great, lunch great and dinner good. Animation team work very hard, mousse excellent. We had a bad experience in the hamam all was solved by the great managers, saad and Samae.
Definately would recommend this place outside marrakech but with free transfer to town, don t forget to book at reception in advance

Very clean comfortable Hotel, all staff very pleasant and helpful. Camilla the entertainments organiser works hard providing guests with fun outdoor games, also evening Quiz and games. Camilla does not push you to join in if you would rather not.
The downside is having to pay an enormous amount for WiFI and room safe!
The food is wonderful, so much choice all good. We hope to visit again.

I spent 14 nights at this wonderful resort and couldnt speak highly enough of the place expecially the helpful staff and entertainment team. Dadou and Faufa were excellent and helpful arranging our activities throughout our stay. I will be back ASAP. MR CASSIDY.

We had a wonderful time enjoyed every minute of our 14day stay. Met some great people and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The animation team,Dadou, FouFa and Suzy were exceptional and were more like family by the end of our stay. Big cuddles on the way to the bus. Miss you already. xxxx

Lovely hotel give me for free room upgrade, stunning swimming pool the pool is very long and have special 1 pool face to the see, hotel is clean and convenient

Jaz Dar El Madina October 2019! This has been a wonderful holiday for my family and I. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and it never finished. It was always fresh and the staff were very quick to refill the food.

Mohammed x2 (waiter inside and outside) excellent service. Jacob (Entertainment) very entertaining and welcoming. The games were lovely and we had excellent weather to match the service. I also had an issue with my TV on the 1st day and the maintenance gentleman came to my room within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. The manager of the hotel Mohamed is also lovely. He manages his hotel excellently. It was nice to see that all the staff are so polite and are very caring. They work extra hard and their hard dedication to their work is a true reflection in the relationship built with the tourists!

I personally would rate this hotel 10/10, the only issue I had was the Wifi which was quite poor. I definitely would return next year to experience more of the snorkelling and diving.

We have never had such a great vacation in our lifes like here. Hotel was amazing, staff were so pleaseful and pleasent. Everybody, starting from front desk team to the stateroom stewards, including the entertaintment team made this vacation of our lifetime. Waiter staff were really attentive, always ready to assist if needed. Amazing vacation, I might say. Thank you for everything once again, warm regards till next time!

Stayed at vistaflor bungalows gran canaria very relaxing complex staff brilliant very helpful stayed alinclusive food good bit repetative but nice . Rooms very clean bedroom bit small but nice .will defenitly be back .

I visited Kos island before one week and i have stayed at Villa Andrews Hotel in Tigaki. It was a very nice family hotel with very good people. Nice and clean rooms, very kind and friendly people with big smiles every day all day. Nice and delicious food. We will definitely go again there.

We just came back from the sea star hotel, we are very pleased. Service at the highest level, animators very nice, rooms cleaned everyday, we spent there really great time thank you very much ☺️☺️

I have just turn back home from my holidays in Kos island with my husband. I had a very good time, relaxing and we turn back home with a lot of energy. We preferred a family hotel and we found what we wanted. Even if we arrived late at night (01:00) we have seen a lot of smiles and a very hosted and friendly staff. We felt like we were at home. They served us hot food when we arrived something that we didn't expected. The food was very good, the room was clean and Xamti was incredible. I suggest you unconditionally the Villa Andrews Hotel. I cant wait the next summer to go again there.

The Iberostar Llaut Palma hotel is clean, very modern and spacious. The hospitality of the hotel staff is excellent. Found the staff and manager very helpful and guided us throughout our stay on the best places to visit. The restaurant staff, and Chef was equally impressive and the food was first class. My family and I went to Majorca to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday. 15 of us flew out to Spain for this special occasion and stayed at this hotel.
On the day of my brother's birthday the manager had recommended we spent it on their 7th floor where they had a Japanese restaurant and the chef cooked on a Hibachi table which we all sat around. The food was excellent.
Overall experience was outstanding and I would recommend this hotel

very bad customer assistance. Mrs Natalie located in the office in Greece, she spoke to us very badly. Don't trust this agency, the are taking the cheapest rooms of the hotels.
