I took my time to find the perfect birthday surprise for my husbands 50th birthday in May 2020. I finally found a deal on holiday Genie. Today i had a callback from Neil; what can i say, this gentleman is a credit to his company, he made me feel like i was talking to an old friend, he even heard the anxiety in my voice when he suggested to return from another airport, and reassured me and found alternative flights. I am so happy with the price of the break and the hotel, Neil also supported with seat selection, and explained that the support my husband would require for his disability will be available at the airport. Neil you are a rare diamond; i will definitely be using this service and contacting Neil when i book for a family holiday in the summer.

Would like to leave a review for Darren Fletcher who gave me great customer service, he was a really nice person too speak to on the
phone, we managed to get a great deal on our holiday, everything was explained to me clearly. Nothing was too much trouble, will use Holiday Genie again.

Stephen was excellent at providing customer service, was very friendly and found me a great deal on my holiday.

Ok I have used holiday genie many times & they have always provided a high level of customer service and a passion to not only meet there customer needs , after a 5 year gap from going on holiday I decided to give them a call and as Zoe who helped me book before she had moved on I spoke to a helpful chap called Stephen as soon as I spoke to him I felt relaxed and as I had numerous requests I thought this might be a challenge for him which it was as I had to work within set dates due to my child being in school but Stephen didn't complain or say he couldn't find the flights he just did is best to help me and my family . Anyway after a few quotes come through and the price he got it down to no one could match is prices and were talking 3 thousand pounds difference which is massive plus we could pay 25 per person no fees for paying on credit card plus atol protected what more could u ask for . I finalised everything the next day and within minutes the holiday was showing on virgin site and all the atol certificates and paperwork sent immediately what more could u ask for . So top Mark's Stephen I loved your passion on your keenness to help me and my family , your customer service skills was professional at all times so a big thank you from the Marritt family please don't move Jobs so we can come back to you again as holiday genie have got a top employee so anyone who is hesitant of this company don't because they have been around for many years and I will only use this company when we go away , if I could give Stephen B a score it be 10/10 .🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 cause who says to is customers any problems call me anytime and I'll sort it for you very impressed thank you cant wait to we go now which is August 2020

I don’t normally do reviews but. We had our family holiday cancelled by the collapse of Thomas Cook. Thankfully thanks to this company and especially to the extremely understanding and super helpful gentleman (I believe his name was Simon Stone) who not only found us the deal of a life time but his customer service was second to none. We use a lot of travel representatives but this guy knew everything and managed to sort us an amazing holiday 🛩. Will definitely be using your services again 5 Star.

After my holiday collapsing with Thomas cook, I was on the hunt for a replacement holiday to Orlando.. I noticed all the prices had more than doubled. I stumbled across holiday genie, I was shocked to get a price lower than what I originally paid with Thomas cook. Neil was the fella who helped me, he was very helpful and friendly. Looking to book with him again.

Neil our agent went out of his way to ensure we got the best deal on flights and the hotel is very central so ideal for our short break to explore the city.

Darren my advisor was excellent, made the booking easy, stayed on phone after hours to sort out which flight option was the best for my family. This is the second time I've been with holidaygenie and received top class service. 😁

I have now booked my second Florida package with Holiday Genie and on both bookings have had excellent customer service from both agents when booking.
The recent booking with Lauren actually worked out better due to being given the option of flying a day later which was better on my pocket too.
I would certainly recommend Holiday Genie excellent customer service and communication and a company I would certainly book with again in the future for my travel.

Last minute deal to Miami - I booked this deal with Angelina at Holiday Genie. She was amazing and so helpful. She made the whole process so easy and confirmed everything by e-mail.
This is the second time this year that we have used Holiday Genie and would highly recommend this Company.

After loosing our family holiday to Florida with Thomas cook I rebooked with another company who cancelled the holiday 3 days later with the message no rooms available only for me to go on the website and the holiday to be still available just 2000 pounds more. That evening whilst looking for a possible solution my daughter found holiday genie there we met TINA. What a ray of sunshine.Tina went through all options my million questions where not to much she was able to help sort and book the holiday within a day. We now have our family holiday back on track and an even package thank u Tina and holiday genie we have 5 very excited children again 😘

We booked our holiday to Jersey with Holiday Genie it was amazing. I spoke to Neil Bonner and he talked me through all the options as i couldnt make my mind up!!
Our holiday was great and the B & B was just as the reviews said so we had an amazing time. Neil was great from start to finish. He was kind patient and has a lovely sence of humour which goes along way when if like me you just cannot choose from all the great deals on offer. Thank you Holiday Genie and thank you Neil. Be aware i will definately be booking again through you and i have already highly recommended you to family and friends.

Fantastic, Neil was extremely helpful when I wanted to book a little break to Munich for and and my husband as a surprise, extremely knowledgable, very helpful, I gave him all my requirements and he found me a great hotel with good flights answered told me about various things to see and do, Will definately use him again in the future, always nice to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and who ask wants to find you the best.
