Very quick delivery, great products

Product is good although the service is not!
I had a discount code which initially worked online, but when I went to pay via Apple Pay the code disappeared and I was charged full price.
I then contacted the customer service team, and had a reply, but have not received another reply to my response.
I believe the company are trying to ignore me so I go away!!

I had a problem where a couple of items were missing. I emailed and received a reply very quickly and the missing items were received a couple of days later. Very good customer service.
I bought these as a gift because I’ve been using the Hollywood browser for some time and it’s brilliant!

I have had this product for a couple of months now. For personal reasons it had been in my cupboard for a while, then I started to worry about using it and how long it would take...I needn't have worried at all! Took minutes to do, no pain and my face feels soo smooth 🥰 I wish I'd brought one years ago, can't recommend enough for anyone who is wanting to remove their peach fuzz 🍑👍🏻 x

I honestly regret the day I bought and used this item. Looking back, the peach fuzz in my face was not even worth what I am dealing with now. It’s been over a year since I used the browser. Ever since I’ve gone from clear skin, to having adult acne which I have not been able to shake since. My confidence has bombed and I have not found a way to fix my skin. It al began after I used the browser. I really advise anyone who is considering this product to speak to a professional first.

Absolutely amazing little thing! I suffer from sever psoriasis and it has allowed me to shave under my arms safely with very little chance of cutting myself. It has also worked wonders on my face getting rid of peach fuzz! Thanks Hollywood browzer 🥰

I love this tool and how lovely and soft my skin feels when I’ve used it. I was a bit dubious at first and worried I’d get super fast regrowth, but it honestly doesn’t grow back at an increased rate. Make up stays fresh and smooth for longer too! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this product.... but I think it could be improved in so many ways!!
Example- it’s just not a sustainable product! So much waste. Why not make a high quality holder where buyers can subscribe to a replacement blade package?? Also have it double ended so that you can do your face- flip to the smaller blade for your brows!! Amazing amazing product but let’s look after the planet Hollywood browser

I would have given 5 as it’s a great product & I love the derma-plane tool! But the lash curler arrived in a half opened box with a couple of someone’s lashes stuck to it. Yuck

So easy to use. Love the results! Now just waiting to see how my hair grows back

Extremely easy to deal with and my issue was resolved within two emails without question. Very pleased.

Always been super satisfied with products from Hollywood Browser, by far the best dermaplaning tool on the market (and I’ve tried many!)
When used correctly you can get a result as good as you would from a therapist. Sadly the eyelash curler I ordered from them broke after just 3 tries which was disappointing but perhaps I press too hard? Anyhow after a getting in contact with customer services and attached a photo as evidence I got a swift response back, along with an apology and a replacement product was sent out to me immediately. Im hopeful my one was just a ‘dud’ and this new one will give me the same satisfaction as the rest of their products have done. I certainly won’t hold it against them as a company, :)

I have used 5 of these so far, the first 4 had fab results but the latest one wasn’t smooth and had a jagged edge, I didn’t realise when doing my face u til looking in the mirror the next morning and my face is covered on deep scratches/done cuts. It’s so sore and l look like I’ve been attacked by a cat. I sent photographs into the company and was calculated that it was past its sell by date as I would have been using for so many weeks and so many times since I bought them and offered me 15% off a new purchase (the Facebook page is offering 25% off at the moment) I was so shocked by their reply. I thought maybe it was faulty but they have literally blamed my face being cut by the date I ordered it and presumed how many times I had used it.
This was the first time I had used this blade. I enclosed photos of the blade too so you can see at the end where it’s scratched at my skin but they have accepted no responsibility. Please examine your blades throughly before you use them. My fave is covered in cuts, it’s absolutely horrendous and with having darker skin my skin takes a long time for scars to lift. I’m so upset right now by the state of my face and cannot put make up on as it’s so sore

I struggled with giving it a very generous 1 star. My skin is the worst it’s ever been since I used this product. Really painful deep spots, bumpy skin and the knock to my confidence should be enough to put people off doing these procedures at home.

I’ve been waiting a month for my order to arrive. Spoken to customer service via live chat on several occasions and nothing has been done every time. They said they were going to contact the warehouse and email me an update but still haven’t received an update a week later. At this point I would just appreciate a refund since I don’t expect to receive my order anytime soon...

I have sensitive skin so wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews first before purchasing. I was so excited to try this seeing nothing but positive reviews online on social media, but should have done more research for use on those with sensitive skin. After watching the instructional videos and reading package instructions I gave it a shot... My face has been so sensitive to the point it is sore all over since trying it yesterday. And I’ve cut myself twice like a Peaky Blinder 🙈

Face now feels like it had stubble all over, so giving this a mid rating as wish I’d done more reading about the product first for use with sensitive skin.

With this product reaching so much popularity, and needing to be replaced every couple of months, I am really hopeful that the plastic can be recycled when thinking about the impact on the planet too.

Great product, and fantastic to use before lasering (esp on those small areas around the face).
Highly recommend!
