I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my recent interaction with Morgan.
Morgan helped me resolve a pricing issue on the website, and I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. It was a breath of fresh air that he clearly understood my previous conversation with the chatbot, so I did not have to repeat myself—which is often a frustration with IM customer service.
While I didn't get the exact price shown on the page, Morgan helped me get very close, and I am very happy with the outcome. I understand that price updates and cache issues can happen, so I was just glad to get the item for around the same price in such a timely fashion.

I ordered a $100 item, paid with a credit card. I received a message from Homary stating that to continue with my order, they would need a screen shot of my driver's license and a copy of my bank statement. Needless to say, I'm going to find someplace else to take my business.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I have spent more than a month going back and forth with this company after they sent me faulty products, yet they still have not refunded my money. Rather than taking responsibility, they continue to negotiate the refund amount and repeatedly ask me to reassemble the products.
To make matters worse, the parts were not labeled, and the instruction manual was unclear and inaccurate, which made assembly unnecessarily difficult. A customer should not have to struggle with defective products and then be forced to spend additional time trying to fix the company’s mistakes.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers can think carefully before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, the product quality, after-sales support, and refund handling have all been extremely disappointing.

I have ordered a kitchen sink on 2 March for a new kitchen. The sink has dent and some parts damaged. I have claim return and refund through their website on 20 March but so far no return accepted and no refund. I have stuck with damaged sinj I do not want abd no money. This people are thieves, once they take your money they do not care. Supplying damaged items offering discount so you keep it. I have clearly stated I do not want partial refund but who cares. I will have to make a court claim against them to get my money back. Do not recommend them. Do not buy from them if you don't want to loose money.

Overall very happy with the island, delivery and service from Homary. From order to delivery the process and tracking was excellent and very easy to manage. The island is perfect and looks great, very good and strong material. A couple of issues with 2 of the panels being scratched however Morgan from Homary was great and got us replacements sent out. Deffo would recommend!!
