This company deserves no stars. The customer service gets you know where you get passed back and forth. They will not honour refunds. After over 18 emails back and forth passed to a manager to agree a refund i get passed back to Customer Care which then say finance is dealing with it which have not heard anymore from them. Their Customer Care Service means Customers they don't care.!!!!!!!!

I’ve had to contact Homary as the bedside table I’ve brought has a a defective wireless charging port. The agent Iris I’ve spoken to was really helpful and said she will get this investigated and sorted as soon as possible. I’m happy to hear this and hope that it does get resolved efficiently.

I am writing this to warn other consumers about the deceptive "bait and switch" tactics and appalling customer service I have experienced with Homary. I placed an order (Order #USA2512022229578806204) on December 2nd for a king-size bed. Four months later, I still have no product, no tracking number, and a mountain of lies.
The lack of transparency is systemic:
Contradictory Information: I was told on March 30th to expect delivery by early April. I have now discovered that their production team had already flagged a further delay to late May as early as March 26th. They deliberately withheld this information during my inquiry.
The "Rework" Excuse: First, they claimed a design flaw regarding mattress height required a "rework." Now, after months of waiting, the date has been pushed back yet again.
Avoidance of Commitment: They repeatedly offer a refund as an easy escape, leading me to believe they never had the stock or intention to fulfill this order at the promised price.
Homary is essentially holding customer funds interest-free while providing zero accountability. They are making a fool of their customers by providing "updates" that they know to be false. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not buy from this company.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this furniture company and would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing.
I recently bought a TV unit from them, and the colour was noticeably different from what was shown on their website. It didn’t match under any lighting conditions, despite their later claim that it was just due to lighting differences.
I contacted customer service multiple times to request a return. Each time, their responses took several days, which significantly ate into their 14-day return window. When they did reply, they repeatedly asked for photos and information that I had already provided. This back-and-forth went on for days, with no real progress or resolution.
I clearly explained several times that the item had already been partially assembled, yet they kept responding with generic messages saying they would “review the query and reply back.” Eventually, after all the delays, I received a final response stating they would not accept the return because the item had been assembled, and they did not agree that the colour was mismatched.
Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a 10% discount on a future purchase—which I have no intention of using given this experience.
Overall, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and unhelpful. The slow responses, repeated requests for the same information, and lack of a practical resolution made this a very frustrating experience. I would recommend thinking twice before dealing with this company.

I am amazed by the secure packaging - I have never seen a piece of furniture packaged so well. Unfortunetaly, the transporting company still managed to damage a piece of wood - luckily the customer service of Homary made solving this whole unfortunate 1st world problem as smooth as possible.
