this person is hanging horrible banners on their balcony in my neighborhood, please advertise elsewhere it is visual pollution

While Barabara is a wonderful person my experience using her services during the renovation of my atico in Barcelona, was not good. Her lack of knowledge on key renovation aspects as well as the fact that she's located in the Netherlands has in fact ended up costing me a lot of money.
1) She did not advise me on thermic insulation of the apartment. Being new to BCN, I didn't know about the notoriously bad quality of most buildings making heat insulation is a must. My apartment is so cold during the winter months making my energy bills sky-high.
2) Adding on to this, her plans called for conversion from gas to electric heating which was a major mistake and I've since learned that none of the other renovations in the buildings have done this.
3) Since she is located in Holland, she was not able to oversee the renovation properly ending up with many issues; slanted floors, missing electrical outlets, messy lobby during renovation, etc.
4)Her proposal of building an annex to the apartment on the terrace was not compliant with regulations which ended up costing me 700 euros when the plans had to be revised.
5) Her lack of accountability has resulted in vendor issues.
My experience with Barbara is that she knows one way of doing a renovation and this is how she plans the renovation regardless of the individual apartment needs.
