Ordered this morning and collected this afternoon no queues staff very helpful as always so sorry they are now in administration

I visited the bangor store to get a couple of tools for a gardening job. I was sold the small hand held tool but they wouldn't sell me the extendable pole chainsaw as it was a display model and as they were in administration they couldn't guarantee getting more in. I thought that the main priority during administration would be to sell as much stock as they can and increase revenue prior to closing. But to refuse a sale of a hundred pounds is beyond me.

Website easy to navigate, txt message sent to advise order was ready for collection, got there and was sitting ready. Excellent service

After getting the text, that my order was ready. I was able to collect it without any wait. Exactly what I was looking for.

Never had any hassle with click and collect.

It was extremely easy to find the items I needed online, find my nearest store and see that things were in stock there for collection. The checkout process was easy. My only niggle is that I didn’t get an immediate email confirming the order after checkout. It said I would receive an email telling me when the order was ready, so I was checking my email every 10 minutes. I couldn’t follow up the order in the app because I hadn’t received an order confirmation email so I didn’t know the order number. After almost an hour, I was just about to call the store to find out the status of the order when I noticed I’d received a text message telling me it was ready. So just this one niggle, I was expecting an email but actually got a text message.

Excellent customer service from a staff member called Mark in your Bangor store. I wanted to purchase large size washing powder and approached Mark to ask where I could locate it. On checking the stock, he told me that the store didn't have the product, but checked other stores to try to locate what I was looking for. Mark was approachable, knowledgeable, very pleasant and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I didn't feel that my query was insignificant. Although I had to travel to another store to purchase the product, I am a very satisfied customer at the excellent customer service I received from Mark.

Straightforward pick up and good communication

Picked up order of Cuprinol fence paint . Rejected as tin of paint looked to have been opened with paint smeared on side. Asked for a replacement . There was only one other and it had a broken handle so could not be picked up. I rejected both am awaiting notification of when a replacement will be available . Although the member of staff was helpful this should not have been offered for sale . A wasted journey.

Rude staff couldn’t be bothered helping just shrugged shoulders.

Sales advisor seemed completely uninterested in helping, was snappy and didn’t make eye contact or thank me

Hi. The handle has a defect as it came bent out of the of the packaging. It was the last part of the bbq we constructed otherwise we would have returns it before we completed the assembly. Please can you contact me so we can arrange another product. 07305 094248

Order ready to collect and staff very helpful

Ordered and collected with no issues, in and out in a min with no hassles.

Quick service. The item I had ordered was heavy and was sitting on a trolley ready for me to take to the car. Very helpful.

2 very pleasant guys helped us. One in Customer Care and then the second guy brought the heavy tiles to my sister's car and loaded them in for us. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you 😊

Staff always very attentive and pleasant.
The store is usually well stocked.
The roof would need fixed as a lot of buckets around the store to catch the rain water.
