Good customer experience, big thanks too Justin and Suhayl for loading a heavy garden set into my vehicle.

They did a great online deal on a Flymo mower.
Did have an issue placing the order and had to have it delivered to my local store.
Went and picked up and £45 cheaper than the same one at Argos.

Salim was brilliant excellent helping me get the lawn mower he recommend me this one your the best thank you Farah

Staff took me to the item I was looking for, Sharon on the til showed excellent customer service and made the experience a pleasant one which isn’t a common thing anymore in this day and age.

Visited on 31st of July and the staff were so helpful. Julia on the tills and Justin loaded my click and collect order which was a massive help to me. Both were very polite and happy to help to me. Excellent staff!

It was OK quick no queues

The staff was helpful, particularly the cashier Gulam, who is always pleasant and ready to help. The disappointment were the plants for sale, so many dying and expensive. No trellis available at a time when many plants are in need of support.

I had to collect 25 pieces of decking and over the year I have collected 25 pieces at a time because that is what fits in my car I normally do click and collect so it's there ready I am normally just handed the trolley with the decking but this time a guy called Justin brought it out and loaded my car soo helpful. I was tied that day so the help was greatly appreciated. Thank u Justin who went above and beyond

Quick and easy shop for the garden. Everything repotted easily and colourful. And a while later - still alive! Thanks for the tips Sharon!

Julia was amazing, she made a complicated till transaction (with lots of items and some large delivery items) super easy, and was friendly and helpful throughout. An absolute pleasure!

Great experience in Homebase kings Heath, what a change the new store manager is doing to improve the service levels in the store, I was served by a gentleman called salim, very helpful knew exactly what I needed and the service was second to none. Thank you Homebase !

As a regular visitor/customer to my local store I am very impressed with the garden centre (not a fan of Large out of town garden centres).
Nice variety of plants and helpful staff with good knowledge of gardening.

First time visiting Homebase in Kings heath and I was greeted and helped majorly by two people, Jen had great customer service on the desk and helped me with all of my needs, Justin was a huge help, he helped me carry a heavy load to my car and was very enthusiastic and delightful towards me, all together they both made me feel welcome and helped me a bunch, thank you both
